The condo was so welcoming, spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The view was to die for and the sunset views were spectacular! Anne was exceptionally responsive from the beginning of our booking until the end of our stay. We've been to Kauai several times before but this was our first time staying on the North shore and we are very pleased that we did. We explored many beaches including Ke'e beach, Tunnels beach, Hanalei Bay, and Secret beach to name a few. We ate at Hanalei bread company, Kalypso, and Tahiti Nui. We took the Chocolate tour (which I highly recommend) and drove to the south side for Captain Andy's dinner sunset cruise. It was a wonderful stay and when we come back we would not hesitate to book Anne's unit again!

The condo has a beautiful view and excellent location! It was very clean. The living room is comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 to relax in after a long day. If you intend on cooking the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the extras like beach towels, small cooler and boogie boards. Anne was very accommodating and communicated promptly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Phenomenal.The experience was fantastic all around. The host communication was the best we’ve ever had.They went out of their way to make sure they gave us as much information as possible about the island, activities, restaurants, beaches, and the condo. They even stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need.The place itself was out of this world. Picture perfect. The best sunset view in the evening with the best rainbows in the morning.The porch was fantastic for everything from eating dinner outside to cooking dinner outside to just laying out and enjoying the views.I really cannot say enough great things about both the place and the hosts. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Awesome Place To Stay

The views are phenomenal, spacious for for 4 people, walk to beach for snorkeling, and a terrific location for staying on the north side of the island Also, great communication throughout the entire process.

This was a beautiful condo for our first time in Kauai. Amazing location with incredible views. We enjoyed mornings watching the waves, surfers and even saw whales from the condo. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed and more. Communication with owners was easy. We are already planning our next trip and can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

The condo was as described. The location is absolutely gorgeous with amazing sunsets. It was really clean, had everything you would need from a home and beach standpoint. My family and I would definitely rent from Anne again.

Tens across the board! Anne was a lovely host with great communication. This is the best rental we have stayed at in Princeville. The cleanliness was top notch, the kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything you could possibly need for a fun stay. We will stay again!

Excellent Trip

First time to Hawaii and glad we selected Kauai, Princeville and the property we were fortunate to enjoy for the week. The owner was very nice and helpful with several recommendations for beaches, food and other things to do. the property was very nice. I would certainly come back.

Condo with amazing views

The condo is in an excellent location and has some beautiful ocean views and sunsets. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place is very roomy. We enjoyed the interior amenities and the patio as well. It's located near many great restaurants and beaches. Enjoyed the place very much !!

Amazing property and mgmt

Anne was wonderful with her communication prior to the trip by providing great info and recommendations. The condo is amazing with its location, layout, decor and amenities. Our family - 2 girls and us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

This was the best of the best--such a lovely home in an incredible location. The owners were very helpful; the home was well-equipped, beautiful, and comfortable; the setting was spectacular. Our family of four cannot wait to come back! Thank you for making this the trip so special!

Anne and George were wonderful! The property was just as described if not better. It was a wonderful stay, the area was beautiful and you can’t beat the view. We will be back for sure.

Hawaiian Paradise

dreamy views

we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo with dreamy views. enjoyed the lanai! comfy beds, seating and stocked kitchen. hideaways beach below with amazing snorkeling; quick drive to hanalei bay. love north shore and this condo is amazing!

Best condo ever!

We loved everything about this place! It's so dreamy and we were able to truly relax and enjoy the gorgeous views and surrounding beaches. I would be thrilled to visit this place again, my husband raved the entire time. If you're trying to decide on a spot in Princeville/Hanalei, pick this one!

Kauai Oasis

Fantastic location, amazing ocean views. Condo is well stocked with all the essentials plus more! The host was very thoughtful and responsive. It truly is an oasis.

Amazing location and home!

Kauai and this beautiful home exceeded our expectations. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the home is lovely with all the needed amenities. This appears to be one of the nicest condos in the building.

Perfect for our family of four!

We loved staying at Anne & George's place in Princeville. The condo was perfect for us and our two daughters. The view is amazing, wonderful location and everything was super smooth. Not to mention it was spotless - not a small feat for a rental in Hawaii! We hope to be back!
