Sleeps 4, with queen bed in master bedroom and queen bed in large open loft (loft is not fully private). 2 full baths with showers. Generously stocked kitchen, free wifi, smart TVs with cable, washer and dryer. Kitchen & bathrooms remodeled. Tinted windows and pull down screens on lanai to reduce afternoon sun.

Walk to the beach just below our unit on a steep, but paved trail, where you can swim and experience amazing snorkeling. Hanalei Bay is just a 10 minute drive - the most picturesque spot in all of Hawaii. Hiking trails can be found nearby such as the world famous Kalalau Trail on the Na Pali coast. Don't miss taking a day trip to the other side of Kauai to see Waimea Canyon, known as the Grand Canyon of the islands.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. A/C: We intentionally chose not to include air conditioning in our corner unit, as we value the natural Hawaiian trade winds that flow through Pali Ke Kua. These units are not designed to be sealed air-tight. With multiple ceiling fans and portable fans, the space remains comfortably breezy throughout most of the year. This choice is part of the authentic island experience we enjoy here. If air conditioning is a priority for your stay, there are other Pali Ke Kua units that offer it. We kindly ask that you take this into consideration when booking and sharing feedback.

2. Not wheelchair accessible. No elevator. Must use stairs both outside and inside the unit.

3. Pali Ke Kua is a smoke free property. Smoking/vaping is not allowed indoors, on the balcony of our unit, or anywhere outdoors on the Pali Ke Kua property.

4. We do NOT normally accept reservations for a duration of more than 30 days. If you are looking for a longer term reservation, please inquire first.
