New shower & patio, best view of Lake Erie with beautiful sun sets, and Moon sets, great view of Buffalo & Canada. Grill & 2 Big TVs, Privet back yard & fire pit, 5 min walk to beach access. 4 public beaches 5-15 min away, 2 Restaurants Public House next door & Bella's Pizza across the street, Pharmacy & 7/11 within 2 min walk. Library 3 min walk. Free parking. 7 Miles from New Era Field & 11 Miles from Key Bank Center

The space
No sharing, all yours, huge living room with huge table to seat 10, 2 pull out beds, extra mattress, can sleep 8-10.

Every room has a view of the lake, some of the city as well. There is a lot of closet space if you are staying for a while, one full bathroom (tube with shower) on the top floor with all the bedrooms and second bathroom is on the first floor, it has a full show new 2019, no tub. Easy access front and side door, no steps. New windows 2020. The kitchen and family rooms are small, comfortable for 4 people, but the grand living room has a table for 10 and access to the backyard great for rain or shine. The back yard has big and baby picnic tables, seating for 12+ as long as the weather is right for you. We have really fast internet as well, 1G/1G, new central air 2020, just a lot of great stuff for you to have an amazing visit.

Guest access
The side door is where you go in, great lighting and lock box for you. You have full access to the back yard, close walk to the beach and you can make the walk back to our beach, but it is very rocky and not a lot of sand this year, a lot of fun.

Other things to note
This is the start of our 7th year and we have made even more upgrades and opened up the whole house. The guests that have used our place in the few years just loved the view, access to the back yard, grill and fire pit and all the upgrades on the amenities. We have put a lot into it based on all our great guestā€™s feedback and will continue to do so. We have very good access to Buffalo and the South Town

Great lakefront house for family vacation.

Perfect lakefront house for barbecues and parties. Easy access to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. And, Bellaā€™s across the street for pizza and wings. Owners are friendly and accessible. Our third stay there.

Amazing location with the best view!

Second stay here and it has yet to disappoint! The home sits off a fairly busy road but you quickly lose sight of that. The backyard feels so private and the view is beautiful. Spent many wonderful nights with family around the fire pit listening to the waves of Lake Erie. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful view from ever room. A well contained backyard which made it so wonderful to enjoy the sunsets while the younger children played and stayed safe. Many wonderful comforts, perfect for time away.

Sunset Paradise

Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable and accommodating house for 7 people. The sunset views were spectacular. Conveniently located near pizza, gas station, liquor store & restaurant. Easy to get to. The house has everything you will need for a trip.

Bills Game!

We were in town for a Bills game and had the best time at this property! With the restaurant next door and 7-11 just down the street there was little need to leave at all! We spent almost every night enjoying the beautiful backyard and fire pit. The view was breathtaking!! We will definitely be back! Go Bjlls!

Great time!

Even though the house is on a fairly busy road (NY Rte 5) the quality of construction of the house absorbed the sound. It was not noticeable at all. The view of Lake Erie was breathtaking! Only improvement I could suggest would be steps/stairs to the lake, but I know that is a challenge. Beach access is not far away.

Lake House

Hi, we were happy overall, but surprised at the amount of TLC the house requires. Also, saw that there were steps to the beach but they were no longer there! No steps. This was a hindrance to even look for sea glass. OUtside had not been cleaned in a long time. Covered in spider webs. Cabana not even usuable in any way/shape/or form. Houses needs a lot of TLC. View was great!

Spectacular yard and property

You canā€™t beat the backyard of this home that is right on Lake Erie. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning while looking at the lake. The yard was perfect to have our family over to enjoy the bbq and fire pit. The night was capped off by watching thunderstorms in the distance. The house is large and well appointed and very clean. Note that If you have trouble with stairs, all the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are two decent pull out sofas on the ground floor though (and completely flat entrances and full bathroom on the ground floor). We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay and Location!

Our stay at Inn on the Lake was great. A few minor issues, but were taken care of quickly. The owner was great and very quick responding to any questions we had. Beautiful view of Lake Erie, clean and big rooms, great sitting area in the big living room. Close to stores, restaurants and more!

70's kid, grew up here moved to Boston, NJ, Las Vegas, Arkansas, Florida and then back to Buffalo, well Hamburg. I started working at a country club when I was 12, the restaurant next door before until I went off to Boston. There I was a night bellman at the Ritz-Carlton while college and now have my own recruiting company of 23 years. I have been in the services business somehow, some way my whole life. I love living on Lake Erie with my wife and enjoy sharing the lake experience with people to come home to visit family or get a taste of Buffalo.

It is a great location to start, I knew the property, use to work for the previous owners and it was going to be my wife's yoga studio. The town said it was not big enough for that, so we opened Kula Yoga in the Village of Hamburg, and I made this my office, then a rental for my son in college and now this great vacation home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Sun sets, moon sets, year-round. Every season brings something to you here at the Inn on the Lake. It is all about enjoying the lake with friends and family! Big living room, big patio, plenty of parking and we have even built out an old pump hose for a hang out spot no matter what the weather. We have a lot of fun stuff to do, and you can just kick back and enjoy the lake and be at a game in 15 to 30 mins, depending on traffic. You step into the back yard and be in lake mode or jump in the car and get what you need in 5 min. really the best of both worlds.
