Being able to short-term rent in old-town is a privilege. Only a handful of properties are grandfathered in to do so. Yes, we allow well-behaved dogs. If you have a dog that barks when you leave, we will ask that you don't leave your dog alone. We expect you to follow the house rules and honor that this is a family neighborhood. Please note we do charge $100 per dog per stay.
