Convenient beach access is just a short walk up Dunescape Drive to the short dune crossing (15-30 second walk). This bright and modern property welcomes you with gleaming hardwood flooring in a large first level living & gathering area featuring a large window seat overlooking the Atlantic. On this floor you will find a pull out Queen size sleeper sofa located in the living area. Also, on this level you will find two nicely appointed bedrooms, ceramic tile bath and full laundry room. The inverted floor plan provides an additional upper level living room, breakfast area and well laid out kitchen with counter seating and convenient half bath. French doors lead to a ocean side porch perfect for sipping your morning beverage. ELEVATOR available with $250 security deposit. The master suite on the upper level provides a luxurious and peaceful retreat, with higher end furnishings and bedding. Private access door to the covered wrap around deck, and a huge private bath with double sinks, walk in closet, tiled shower and private Jacuzzi tub rounds out the master quarters. Under the house, you will find a private outdoor shower and storage area. You will also find a twin size porch swing/bed to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
