Sea Gypsy Rentals - Oceanfront Suite - Pool!

Summary:

'License to Chill' is what we call this relaxing top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a queen Murphy bed, two twin beds, and has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Come chill out in unit 310 at the Sea Gypsy which we call "License To Chill". This spacious top floor condo features spectacular views of the mighty Pacific Ocean.



This condo can sleep up to four people. It features two twins in the back bedroom, a queen sized, pull-down Murphy bed (great for putting back up and creating more space during the day). "License To Chill" is the perfect condo for any group.



The Sea Gypsy Condominium Association provides Wi-fi throughout the complex, an indoor heated pool and a dry sauna. There’s even a gas grill on-site for your use.



Other features include a full kitchen with a full sized range oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave and plenty of dishes and cookware. This unit also has two full bathrooms, stocked with fluffy towels and a starter supply of toiletries.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 64 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
