Spectacular indoor/outdoor views on a secluded part of Drayton Harbor.

This private 2-acre, 2-story home is located on the shores of Drayton Harbor. Perfect for watching the sunset, abundant waterfowl, having a campfire, or just getting away from it all! This open floor plan house has a large kitchen, an exclusive driveway, outdoor firepits, large private backyard and private shoreline. You won't find a more exclusive view of beautiful Drayton Harbor and the enchanting sunsets.

There is a well-travelled two land road that lies north of Water's Edge. But that is no deterrent to the abundance of waterfowl, raptors and harbor seals that can be seen at any time of the day. We provide use of a spotting scope and binoculars!

The master bedroom has its own walk- in bathroom and jacuzzi. Downstairs has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. We have a full kitchen which many guests have described as a gourmet kitchen. A full spice rack, built in wine cooler, and all the pots and pans to cook up your favorite meals. An indoor gas-fireplace rounds out this charming cedar slate home.

Erins Drayton Harbor home is lovely and looks out onto the Harbor with lovely sunset views ... quiet location with some road noise which did not bother us... the house is well furnished, very comfortable, spacious. Location is convenient to both Blaine and BirchBay and the Semiahmoo Resort. We enjoyed our stay.

Look no further! This place is fantastic! We were in Blaine for my son’s wedding and it had everything plus more of what we needed. My husband and I are in the hospitality business and he is a chef! The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, spices, and all the kitchen equipment one would need! The location is excellent, the views spectacular, the house is very clean, bathrooms well stocked with supplies, and everything is labeled! Great communication with the owner too! When we return, we’ll definitely stay here again! Thank you Erin!

Oh-BAY-be!!

What a Wonderful home away from home! Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. If you want to explore the upper Washington-here’s your perfect stay. A quick trip to Bellingham or Vancouver, BC is within miles. You can use the available kayaks to explore the bay literally across the street. The sunsets are Ah-Mazing! The owners made our stay as easy as could be. Communication was excellent! Thanks Erin for sharing your fabulous home with us!

Beautiful

The house is wonderful-great gathering space, and everything was very clean. Kitchen door and drawers were labeled, which was so helpful. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets, fun to watch the tides go in and out. Yard was simple but friendly and we used the chairs to chase the sun around the house while talking. Host was very communicative and kind. Two small notes-it’s right on the road, and they’ve done a lovely job of hiding the road from view-but it’s pretty noisy at times. The other it that it’s not particularly walkable (road has no sidewalks) and seemed to us that driving was the only way to go. We knew that ahead of time and it wasn’t an issue, but something to note. Really a great place we plan to come back to!

Beautiful house and views

Beautiful house, very clean, well stocked kitchen, stunning views. Great communication from the hosts. There is a buy two lane road between the house and waterfront that detracts from the serenity somewhat…regardless we had a fantastic stay and would come back anytime.

Great Place!

We had a wonderful time. We stayed for a wedding at the resort nearby. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view and plenty of space!

Wonderful place with a fantastic ocean view

We were three couples in town to attend a wedding. The place was perfect for us. It is extremely clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their rental. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We all enjoyed the Indigenous Art hung up in the home. Wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay and wedding

We absolutely loved this place. We had a family trip and ended up having a wedding in this beautiful home! Hosts even did some beautiful decorating and left champagne & glasses for Bride & Groom plus a beautiful gift. It was a very small intimate wedding with a beautiful setting. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. The hosts are top notch! We had corn hole horse shoes fire out the best view and location. Thank you for a lifetime memory. The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The only small drawback was the road and traffic but not horrible and truly dies down in the late afternoon. But with everything else so wonderful that is minor. We had a crab boil for the wedding and they even had everything we needed for that! Thank you again for your hospitality. You truly made us feel like family. We will be back for sure! Stay here it will not disappoint!

Gorgeous view and home

We enjoyed the luxurious home, fantastic view, the birds, paddling in the harbor, and the stunning sunsets. The property is quiet and private. It is on a road that is busy during commuting times, but there's privacy with bushes in the front and so we didn't mind the noise. Some cute restaurants in town (very close by). The sunsets lasted forever and we really enjoyed the view every evening. It's really a lovely place and was just the retreat we needed. Erin was very amenable and responsive.

Wonderful!

Beautiful location, kind and responsive hosts, and listing was as expected. We loved the view of both the harbor and Canada, the tide going in and out daily, and the relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing views!

The view here was unbeatable. We saw bald eagles out in the front yard, herons, ducks of all kinds, and the mountains across the water. We had a gorgeous sunset each night. The house itself was spacious, clean, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thanks to our hosts who were always available for questions. We had a wonderful time!

The house was wonderful. I actually thought it was understated in the pictures beautiful view nice furnishings appointed nice. One thing that comes to mind a few more seats in the living area. One of the nicest rental properties I’ve ever stayed in would do it again.🍺🍺🍺 thanks.

Perfect spot for family and relaxation

The nightly view from this location will take your breathe away. I took my family back to where I grew up to see what is home to me. This location was perfect as it was close enough to all the things we wanted to see but also quiet enough to relax and enjoy my family. Highly recommend the location and hosts.

Great place and great views

Stayed with some friends over Memorial Day weekend. We ended up having a couple more people join our party and the hosts were awesome and let us bring them. Super friendly and very courteous. Would recommend.

We have extensive wetlands, spacious driveway and a large backyard. Short paths to the wetlands will allow viewing of the frog ponds, duck nests and tide changes. The tide is very evident with shallow Drayton Harbor. Kayaking needs to be timed with the rising tide or else one gets stuck in the oyster beds and muck.

We have one outside driveway camera that is action activated.

This is rural - so yes, there are snakes in the yard, owls in the trees, and spiders in the bushes.

We love bird watching and nature. The herons, the eagles, and waterfowl are always active. We have removed 100 square yards of invasive blackberry bushes and now have a large backyard. This new backyard is perfect for campfires, Bacci ball, cornhole or (soon to be installed) horseshoe pit. The house is the right size for four people but comfortably hold six. Spotting scopes and binoculars provided.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The view from indoors out to Drayton Harbor is jaw dropping. The action of the tides, makes every observation a changed viewing. Low tide, one can barely see the water, and at high tide, the water is 25 feet way. Seagulls routinely lift the oysters high into the air and drop them - for lunch!
