Vacation Rental Home in Birch Bay-with Great Views of the Bay!

Birch Bay a seaside escape with everything you need in this rental house you will not want to leave. Feels like your at home, when you are on vacation.

The house is located in a gated community and just a short walk down to the water.

The great room has a electric fireplace, a full size sofa, love seat, rocking chair and two recliners plus coffee table, game table, side tables and plenty of decorations for the season.

The dining room has a table that can seat 8 comfortably and you can move the game table to the end of the dining room table to seat even more. There are an arrangement of napkins and place mats for you to use to make your meals a special occasion. Besides the table there is a bar with bar stools that can be used for additional seating if needed.

The kitchen has everything you need from a wide variety of spices to cooking staples. There is place settings for 10 (dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, silver wear) plus, serving bowls, cook ware, bake ware, mixer, blender, coffee maker, can opener, toaster, and much, much more.

In the media room there is a Couch/Queen hideabed along with a pub table and stools. There is a flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and Blue Ray Player. There is a large assortment of movies for you to choose from and a trunk full of games and puzzles for the occasional rainy day.

The deck runs along the entire back side of the house and has amazing view of the water. There is a Gas BBQ, table and chairs and outside entertaining furniture there for you to use and enjoy the wonderful sunsets.

The master suite has a wonderful view of the water, doors to the deck and a lovely sitting area along with TV and a queen size bed. The master bath has both a jetted tub and separate shower.

The guest room has a queen size bed and is decorated in red, white and blue and also has a tv.

Bunk room has a quaint closet with day bed with trundle makes a king size bed. The room is decorated with kids in mind with surf decor.

If more sleeping accommodations are needed there is a queen sleeper sofa in the den.

The house decorated with kids in mind. For your convince during your stay there is the a play and pack, high chair, booster seat, kid movies, games, books and toys. (Stroller, wagon and beach toys available upon request)

Just 15 miles north of Bellingham and 1 hour from Mt. Baker Ski area. 10 minute drive from the Canadian border and close to Bellingham Airport. Birch Bay is a wonderful seaside community with restaurants, gift stores and the water with miles of shore line to walk along. Just 15 miles east is Lynden a quaint Dutch farming town with plenty of antique shopping and golf to go around. Bellingham has all the amenities including shopping, movie theaters, museums, parks and much more. Or if you want the city Vancouver, BC is just a 45 minute drive north and you can see Broadway shows, sporting events, or have a picnic in Stanley Park it is just a short drive.
