Very Organized and Clean Property

Stayed at the Cedar Breaks Resort many times. The unit was clean and well-organized. Great communication from the owner's, would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was very enjoyable. We had everything we needed. Nice kitchen to fix our meals in. Will stay again.

Property was clean and laid out well to separate our baby and our toddlers at night. We'd book it again.

Horrible check-in and NO TV for four days

It started bad with the check-in The resort said that they never received the information necessary for my stay. I showed them the texts and emails I received welcoming me to the resort and they said that was not enough. I tried to reach the number in the texts and got an answering service. It tried to reach anyone to help me and after standing at the counter for twenty minutes on hold the service hung up on me.The clerk was shocked as he heard the disconnect and he took responsibility to allow me to register without the needed information. It was late and I just wanted to go to bed after the flight and drive to the resort. The tv in the bedroom would not work! I contacted them first thing in the morning when I discovered the tv in the living room did not work. I went through all the steps on the info in the room but could not get a connection.They specifically tell you not to touch the connections so they must have had issues with it before. The person from Family Time responded by asking me if I did this step and that step and I informed them I did all the steps over and over. This went on for three days with no one actually helping. They said they would send their team, but no one ever came. On the fourth day a maintenance worker for the resort came after 8pm without any notice. I was uncomfortable since I was alone, but I recognized him and let him in to see if he could fix the tv. He could not do anything. He said that the owner had to contact the cable company. I agree

Beautiful photos, description is false

I’ve stayed at Cedar Breaks before and knew exactly what I was looking for in my next booking. The unit must be located in the main building, where the pool is located, include an oven, and have a private bedroom. This unit stated all three in the description and was a big disappointment! I messaged the owner prior to booking and he confirmed there was an oven. If you’ve been to Brian Head before you know you have to bring food and prepare for your trip. The unit is beautiful!! They did a great job with the remodel. The cleanliness was also an issue. Someone with long, dark hair stayed prior to our visit and it was everywhere! Beside the lack of oven, the kitchen was well outfitted and the full size fridge was nice. I did try to resolve the issues with the unit owner twice and he was unwilling to resolve. I would not book this listing again.

So much fun with everything. The things hat didnt like were, vrbo service charges too expensive. And ha e to cleaning before leave. Vacation means no need to do much of cleaning.

Easy access to Navajo Lodge

This place was great for easy access to Navajo Lodge where the kids were taking lessons. Kitchen had all necessities to make breakfast, lunch and dinner.
