A cleaning fee will be charged to tenants at the end of the rental so a check for 150€ is to be given on arrival. However, we ask you to leave the house clean and tidy: empty bins, tidy kitchen and sand/dog hair vacuumed.

Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers are provided as well as bath towels and dish towels.

Dogs are allowed! A gate can be closed so that they can enjoy the garden. Please pick up any excrement.
