WOW!!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME and AN AWESOME VIEW of the GULF!!! Sea-Gall Villa was custom built in July 2017 with all the modern colors, tiles, granite, and décor. This location is awesome, just steps away from the beautiful emerald green water and just close enough to the Pensacola Beach nightlife. Pensacola Beach is known for its pristine white sand and also home to famed U.S Navy Blue Angels. The house has a double wrap-around spacious decks facing the Gulf, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or enjoying the waves. Sea-Gall Villa is 2,850 sq. ft of space which is perfect for multiple families to share, it has 6 BRs (3 Master BRs), 4.5 BAs. After a long day in the sun, the adults can relax in the shaded private courtyard while the kids swim in the heated pool (extra fee). The picnic area has a gas grill with extra propane tanks, 2 picnic tables, and plenty of furniture to spread yourself out. This new home offers elegant, modern decor, comfortable accommodations and incredible Gulf views from both balconies. This home sleeps up to 17 and just 45 steps away from the beach access.

The SECOND LEVEL has an open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen that is fully equipped for your Gulf vacation. Kitchen has modern granite counter top and a large island that sits 6, dining room has extra large farm house table that sits 12 people, stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators with ice-makers, dish washer, and family room has 65” Smart TV, new leather sectional sofa. Enjoy the evening, fire up the grill and relax in our private over sized shaded courtyard and LARGE private pool with outdoor hot/cold shower. This home is conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach boardwalk which is famous for shopping, dining, strolling and Pensacola Beach nightlife.

1ST Floor:
- Master BR1 - King Bed with Ex- Large Private Bathroom, garden tub,

- BR 3 – Queen Bed (share BA2 with BR4)
- BR4 - Twin Trundle, Twin Bunk (sleeps 4) -share BA2 with BR2 –perfect room for the youngsters
2ND Floor:
- Master BR3 - King bed with private vanity (share shower/toilet)
- BR5 - Two Queen Beds with private vanity (share shower/toilet)

KITCHEN is fully stocked with a large crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pan-cake griddle, lots of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes for you to cook your meals at the house. I also provide starter supply of trash bags, a full roll of paper towel, kitchen towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing soap, salt/pepper and other basis seasonings and spices.

BATHROOMS are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, and starter supply of toilet papers for ALL bathrooms.

POOL has two picnic tables, propane grill with extra gas tanks, grilling utensils, hot/cold outdoor shower, chase lounges, sitting area, extra chairs, corn hole game, ring toss game, pool floaters, toys for kids and more…

*Parties/events allowed, prior approval is required
*No Camping, No smoking, No pets, No RVs, Small boat is allowed
*Minimum age is 25 years old and over to rent and in occupancy the entire period.
*Overnight occupancy is limited to 17 persons, any group over 17 will be evicted and guest security deposit will be forfeited.

Reservation deposit is $600, Guests will be asked to sign owner's rental contract

$ 700 refundable security damage deposit is required which is not included in the rate and must be paid prior to checking in.
