A getaway, a weekend, a moment of rest and tranquility—welcome to our restored family home, certified by Gîtes de France Cantal with 3 ears since April 2021.
Built in 1850, we live in the right side of the house (with the French doors), while the guesthouse occupies the entire left side—formerly home to our parents and grandparents. It is completely separate, with a private entrance at the back of the house, as well as a fenced-in garden and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, garden furniture, a sofa, a gas stove, and a sink, a barbecue, deck chairs, and lounge chairs
After enjoying the beauty of the Cantal region—its heritage, the Châtaigneraie, the Monts du Cantal, the nearby Lot Valley, Vieillevie and its canoe center, the Aveyron, Conques, the Truyère Gorges, and the Aubrac Plateaus, and explored the hiking trails, you can unwind in our cottage, which is attached to our home but completely independent, with its own private garden and outdoor kitchen.
You’ll enjoy a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge), a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, washing machine), a bathroom with a large shower, one bedroom with a 140-bed, and a second with an 180-bed or two 90-beds. No need to bring your own sheets—the beds will be made upon your arrival
Baby gear includes a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub.
Outdoor kitchen with seating area, table and chairs, gas stove, barbecue, and lounge chairs.
We’ve taken great care to preserve the authentic character of our home while adding contemporary decor to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
See you soon!
