“Desert Escape” is a large 3-bedroom pool home located in the South Central residential estates area with plenty of room for parking and close to the Lake! Recently remodeled and fully furnished home is awaiting your arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee and/or cocktails in the evenings either indoors or outside. Backyard has plenty of sitting areas with swimming pool, room for games, fire pit, and BBQ ready for grilling.Just a few blocks away from McCulloch St., and close to Albertsons. There's plenty of room for family and friends to relax, renew, and indulge in some Arizona sunshine.

Come and stay in paradise and enjoy resort style living at its finest just minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge.

Hous in time check in is not prepared 5 pm temperature is 87 degrees / A/c unit underside took 14 hrs to drop to 76 degrees with outside temperature 116 degrees the management explained the person the person forgot to get and com be four rental check in and turned on a/c , in the master bedroom small mini split we can’t turn on without coming to management and they asking us to come out of the bedroom and she secretly turned on A/c mini split/ so after road trip 6 hrs we inspected relux in cool off house/ we step in in the oven and have risk get heat stroke.

Amazing place!!

We had a small "Girls Gone Mild" themed bachelorette weekend with 5 of us, plus a new baby and my aunt! It was a great location that is super close to everything! The location was great because everything was within a 5-minute drive or walk to different shops and restaurants. The outside/back patio was SO nice! We swam in the pool every day, which was a great way to cool off. Like the notes say, there is a vacuum in the pool, but it's not in the way at all and easy to swim around it. The inside of the house was really nice and spacious. The main bedroom is HUGE! It was a great price for everything we got. We would definitely love to come back!

Amazing house and hospitality! The host, Michelle is quick to reply and assist. We had a question and referred to the housekeeper and she went above and beyond. Thank you! We will be renting again in the future!

Winter in lake Havasu

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious. It has an open floor plan. The two spare bedrooms are on the other side of the house from the master. Very private if you have guests. The pool area is nice. Lots of seating and a gas fire pit. The location is great. Walking distance to the downtown area. Great house!

Beautiful House in a Wonderful Neighborhood

My wife and I booked this house for a long weekend at Lake Havasu with our three sons. The booking process was simple and Michelle was extremely responsive to all our questions about the property. On our day of arrival everything went as smoothly as possible and the house was ready in every way. We brought our boat from San Diego and there was plenty of room to park our F-150 with the boat trailer attached. The house was nicely stocked will everything you might need for your stay and there's a very complete binder with instructions for everything as well as listings for fun things to do in the area. The house is absolutely beautiful as is the neighbor it's located. It's very central (a few minutes) to downtown and equally close to multiple local boat ramps. We didn't have any problems during out stay, but if we did I have a feeling the local property manager would have been very responsive. Check-out was equally simple and went smoothly. My wife and I were very happy to find this property and hope to come back soon. Thanks Michelle!

I thought the bed was very comfortable. Very roomy and clean. The house stayed cool during 118 heat.

A Sweet Escape!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, easy to find and also easy to check in to. The owner, Michelle, was very responsive, helpful, and professional; she gave us great recommendations and we had a fantastic stay. Just a perfect experience all around and I’ll definitely plan to be back as I know I can expect it to be just as great quality next time as it was this time. Thank you!

Things to know Beware

First of all don’t stay here if for any reason you decide to have anyone over other then who you put down on list … you can’t any day visitor at all .. also Don’t stay here if you want to be watched there are cameras in front and in back watching your every move a bit creepy!! I didn’t even use the pool due to me having my grandkids under 16 and I felt creepy that the cameras were looking over the pool and watching them . The owner stated that they turn off when home is being rented.. I don't think so everytime I left the home or returned the red light were on the whole time watching … I had my grandkids come over for the Day to swim and owner texted me immediately telling me that no one other then 8 people can be there that she was gonna loose her license and that she new of them being there cause Nieghbor complained . The temperature was 120 degree outside nobody was outside .. we weren’t making any noise other then normal talking as we walked from car to house , I told her that they weren’t staying the night and she said they can’t even be there at all and then she mentioned that there are other public places to swim . I had my grandkids leave cause I didn’t want to cause any problems . I also told her of all cameras especially in the back and neighbors spying on us just too creepy for me. Also pool equipment that has a cord can’t be removed our you will be charged $500 , mind you that you can get tangled in cord and drown .i can go on of complaints but wont allow to doc

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing pool home in Lake Havasu. You have everything you need and the inside is so spacious. The pool was so refreshing and everyone had an awesome time. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay

This is our third time here and it’s just a great property. Total pride of ownership is easy to see. It’s a great floor plan with newer furniture and a nice pool. It’s our favorite spot in Havasu.

AWESOME!!!!

Michelle was great in guiding me in and getting us into this gorgeous home. It truly is a home away from home. I traveled with small children and they immediately accustomed to the home. Everything was clean and in top notch shape. Will most definitely return. Very recommended near the lake.

Home in Havasu

Home was great, enjoyed the stay. Very clean place, I would definitely stay here again, other then the pool being a little hot do to the weather , the stay was great. Do not plan on staying here if the temp is over 110 degrees or the pool will be a jacuzzi 😂 Home was very comfy and relaxing. 👍🏻🤙🏼

My Wedding Trip

We are so glad we picked this house, it was prefect for all the family to stay at and get everything done for our wedding that weekend. The house was clean and the space was great plenty of room for meals and just hanging out watching tv. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs a beautiful living space while in Havasu.

Wonderful!

Look no further than this home...we had been staying at a different house the last couple of years until they raised their prices considerably. We are extremely happy with this house and all it offers: tv's in all rooms, plenty of seating in the living room, well stocked kitchen with spices and cookware, beautifully kept backyard and pool, easy to operate bbq, GIGANTIC master bedroom, plenty of pantry space for dry goods (which has been a problem at other properties) very nice and roomy laundry room. Very happy and highly recommend this home, thank you Michelle!

Great house

Great house and environment. Communication was a little difficult but the service in that area wasn’t great so that could be why. As soon as I did have service she was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Lake Havasu is a great place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities along with friendly people. There is always something going on, like classic car or boat shows and races, poker runs and much more. Lake Havasu is a great place for Snowbirds who love to golf, boat, fish, and enjoy great weather. This house has it all.
