Backyard with heated pool (additional fee to heat pool), BBQ grill (propane is not provided, renters responsibility). Great area that’s close enough to walk to downtown Lake Havasu to restaurants, & bars, and a short 5min drive to the lake & parks.

Guest access
Everything for exceptions of the garage and a closet in the master bedroom. They both have locks on the door, no access given.

The pool can be heated at an additional charge, for the pool to be headed you must request it 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment must be made before pool heat is turned on.
