Built just over 20 years ago, the property boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and also benefits from a wonderfully positioned rooftop solarium which gives 360 degree views across La Manga Club.

The apartment is set in a block of just six (3 apartments on ground and 3 apartments on first floors) and, with the only adjoining property being below, is not subject to neighbouring noise. In addition to the outside space on the rooftop, the apartment has four additional terraces, including a dual aspect terraced lounge. The solarium offers lovely views of the resort, has seating and sunbathing for 6 people plus a built-in brick BBQ for those lazy summer evenings.

The property is just 2 minutes walk to the shops and delightful Bellaluz Square. It is approximately a 5 minute walk from La Plaza (The Last Drop, Petrol Station, etc) with its shops, restaurants and retail outlets.
