The apartment has a combined lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles ) Large wardrobes and storage cupboards so suitable for a family of 4, 2 couples or a small gouup of golfers or tennis players.It has full aircon/ heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, secure wifi, TV, DVD/CD player plus you should find all the domestic consumables you need we ask only that you replace anything you finish.
It is located in Bellaluz Village, which comprises 260 low rise apartments plus shops bars and restaurants. It is on the first floor just away from the main square with a gift shop below. It has no apartment above so ceilings go up into the roof giving an airy feeling to the room.
The community has it's own large solar heated pool which is about 100mtrs from the apartment. At the pool there is children play area. Towels/linen are provided and changed weekly. For letting over a week a weekly maid service is provided. Beach towels can be provided.


As resident you will be entitled to 50% discount on all the sports facilities at the club. In addition to the 3 golf courses there is a tennis centre with 20 courts, a bowling green, squash courts and petanque area. There is a fully equipped spa with gymnasium and health and fitness centre. Finally but not least there is a football centre with 8 pitches that are mainly used by Scandinavian teams in the winter but during school holidays academies are run for football, cricket and rugby. Academies are also run for golf and tennis at their centres.
If you intend to play golf you should take your handicap certificate and you should book tee times in advance as the courses can get very busy at popular times. If you are interested in going for a longer period to play golf and escape the autumn / winter weather we can be flexible on prices and include golf at an even further reduced rate.
If you have young children there is a well supervised mini club and baby sitting services can be arranged.

Great Location

Had such an amazing experience dealing with the owner of this property so thoughtful and very comprehensive information provided. Extremely helpful personal approach to his listing. Would stay here again if when we are in this part of the world. Handy to plaza, right downstairs bar and restaurants, close to pool. Walking distance to supermarket which is well stocked, other restaurants and bars. Us Aussies enjoyed our stay

Lovely family holiday

Communication with Phil was brilliant, I was kept informed all the time. Apartment is a good size and very clean. The only issue we had in the apartment was with the toilet. We couldnā€™t flush it properly all the time. The location is good but being so close to the square it was very noisy at night. This didnā€™t stop us having a lovely holiday though.

Excellent property

Before I booked the property I had some questions which the owner , Phil, answered promptly. A couple of weeks before arrival Phil sent me a information pack which explained everything I needed to know about the apartment, directions, etc. Once I arrived, everything was just as described. The apartment is very clean and modern throughout and has everything you need. Everything worked without issues. If you plan to play golf, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the golf club. There are plenty of good eating/drinking places around the resort. Although I came on my own, the apartment can easily accomodate 4 adults. All in all an excellent experience and I would book again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to all amenities, making it perfect for myself and 2 teenagers,. We found everything we needed just a short walk away, from shops and restaurants .(However because of its location it may not suit those that like to go to bed early.) The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of clean towels and fresh linen provided, which was much appreciated. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into ensuring the space was welcoming and comfortable. The host was absolutely brilliantā€”friendly, responsive, and always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had. Nothing was too much trouble, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we would love to return in the future.

Good apartment ā€¦. BUT take ear plugs!!!

The apartment is very clean. It has everything in it that you would need. The balcony is small, 4 people could not eat round the table. Bathroom is good, loads of hot water. Bedrooms a good size and lots of storage. Living room is rather cramped but is adequate. Air con in main bedroom and lounge were good but second bedroom didnā€™t workā€¦.our son sweltered. HOWEVERā€¦..the bedrooms are located right above the main Plaza and at night time is really noisy. Loud music is played beyond 1 am every night from ā€˜The Scotsmanā€™ bar. Donā€™t expect to get much sleep in peak months as itā€™s very noisy. The owner is very diligent. Nothing is too much bother. Great communication from start to finish, especially over the noise issues from the Plazaā€¦ Swimming pool is great size, it gets busy from 11 am onwards in peak season but opens at 8am and closes at 10pm so good if you like to swim. La Manga tennis is under new management since Covid and has done away sports rights discount. Itā€™s a flat rate and expensive!!!! Be aware! Lots of facilities like the crazy golf, swimming pool by the tennis club and pitch and putt have not re-opened..a shame as it lets the area down.

Homely apartment very close to the main square with shop and restaurants . The furnishings were a little dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Great to have access to the gated pool and car park close to the apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for everyone.

An apartment is in a best location ever! Everything you need is in a walking distance. Being in very close distance to main square means you can enjoy evening entertainment, but itā€™s not too loud if you want to escape. My family had one of the best holidays. Kids loved swimming pool and snorkelling. The owner is very helpful and we received lots of advice and support from him. We already plan to book our next holiday in Bellaluz.

Great location and flat is lovely.

The flat is in a great location and you can easily access all parts of La Manga site and it has the buzzing Bellaluz square which has a great atmosphere during the day and evening. My teenage children loved the freedom to be out by themselves but in a safe environment. We will be back again. The flat is really lovely and very well equipped - thank you for letting us share your home.

Spotless and all the facilities you need for a fab holiday

Lovely break in sunny La Manga. The property is perfectly positioned to explore the Mar Menor, La Manga strip, Cartagena and more. A car is recommended but not vital. Very easy car hire and driving in the area Supermarket shops and bars within walking distance as is communal pool with bar Beach requires a car but worth the effort

Great Apartment, fantastic location

A really great apartment, exactly what we needed, everything is supplied and more and the owner, Phil, is very helpful. The apartment is in a great location right next to the village square and near the pool and we would definitely recommend this apartment

Excellent Accomodation and Location

Great location next to Bellaluz Square. Convenience store, restaurant and pubs within 100 yards of apartment in the square. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and comfortable apartment. Philip (owner) even popped round to see us on 1st day to ensure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We have recently spent a fantastic week with our two young children in this apartment. The location is great, just off the main square in Bellaluz and a two minute walk to the pool. The apartment is exceptionally well maintained and pristinely clean. It contains everything you could possibly need including large fridge freezer, washing machine, free wifi, large selection of satellite channels and plenty of wardrobe space. The owners were very accessible and friendly and happy to answer any question.

Well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment just off the main square in Bellaluz. As the apartment had previously been a family home for the owners, it comes very well equipped with air conditioning in each room, a full TV package including Sky Sports, a kitchen with all the mod cons and many family games. When we return to Bellaluz, we will definitely try to book this apartment.

Homely, comfortable and excellent location

Ideal location with nice views and next to Bellaluz square. Not far to the swimming pool. Good facilities and comfortable as described. Clean apartment and cozy. The owner provided a very good customer service to make our stay welcome and comfortable. You definitely need a car to explore outside La Manga. The only fault was the leaky shower which the owner is now aware of and can be easily fixed. We really enjoyed our stay.
