Lakefront Getaway at Swan Seymour w/ Kayaks

Listing Description:
The property is 7 bedroom 5 and a half bathroom home has a hot tub, a ping pong table & a swim spa downstairs, with three covered porches to overlook pristine Norris Lake. The dock has one covered slip with up to 1 more uncovered slips to take care of all your boating needs! Please note there are 2 residences on the property with the owners living in the other one!

The Space:
-We have multiple pontoon rentals available upon request. You must have a valid boaters license or be born before 1989 to operate. Please note we deliver the boat to the property & the boat can be taken out anytime during your stay, just note per our insurance, the boats are not to be taken out after dark. All Bookings must be made a week in advance to guarantee delivery. All boats must be returned with a full tank of gas to avoid additional charges. Please note we do not rent tubes but local marinas do & the boat is to be returned to the house after the rental period is over.

Rates are as follows:

Pontoon rental - $325 per day plus taxes & $50 insurance & taxes.

-There are also kayaks included with the rental close to the dock. Please note that we do not provide life jackets. Please be sure to return to the kayak rack at the property once finished!

-This is a custom home, elaborately detailed and decorated - very unique for a rental offering. It comfortably fits multiple families, and is situated nearby to Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina. Norris Lake is 125 miles long, with ~850 miles of shoreline. You can spend 2 weeks on the water, and only see 1/2 of the lake. It is deep, with many inlets and creeks that allow GREAT watersports, like tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.

-The home is equipped with a spacious kitchen equipped with a standard coffee maker & a keurig, dishwasher, 2 fridges upstairs, 1 downstairs, & another at the dock, stove,microwave & much more! The
home also includes a hot tub & indoor swim spa, ping pong table, weber gas grill w/ an additional grill at the dock with propane on site that we provide, Fiber WIFI, & Samsung Smart TV’s throughout the entire house as well.

-To access the dock, you are free to walk down to it OR you can drive down the gravel pathway that loops around the house all the way to the dock.

-Please note you have access to one covered slip & one uncovered slip. Several of our pontoon rentals stay at this locations & our staff may be by to occasionally move one or bring one in.

-We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a curvy single lane road to get to the property. Beach island marina has a launch or you can use the free launch called Judge Willard J. Brogan's TVA Boat Ramp. The address is 5697 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825, USA. This is probably the easier one as it is right by the property by water & does not cost anything to put in. We have several options for keeping your trailer for the duration of your stay! You can contact the marina where you put in at (please be sure to contact them to confirm), we have a gated warehouse about 10 mins away that you can keep it at, or you can drop it at our other property a few mins away in the large field to the left of the house. Please just be sure to get in contact with us if you would like to use either of our options!


-Please note, this part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months.


Guest Access:
The entire house is available with no more than 5 cars allowed at the property. The left side of the dock is the owner's side. The right side is available for guest use. The top deck of the dock is off limits.

Other Things to Note:
-Check in is at 5 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-Please note that traditional GPS does not find this property. The only one that does is WAZE. Please be sure to download to find the property. I will send instructions upon booking.
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for hot tubs or lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-5 Car MAX limit as this property shares a steep driveway with our other property there.
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide all firewood & propane tanks.
-There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year round rental.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Nearest grocery store is Food City which is 15 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our properties
-WIFI is KUB Fiber
-Please note that there is one slip available for guest use. We keep our pontoon rental in the other slip as stated above.
