Located in a gorgeous area of this mountain lake part of TN is an Almost 4000 sq feet home with 7 bedrooms perfect for a large family and friends get together! This home is newly built in 2023. Large private dock with upper deck, slide, jump gate and 2 covered slips below. Situated back in the cove behind Flat Hollow Marina where a no wake zone makes it perfect for floating and playing. We provide a large water mat for fun!

Enjoy the dock and water by day and relax in the hot tub at night!
The kitchen is stocked with everything the cooks will need: 48" gas range, double refrigerators, deep sink, double dishwashers, ice maker etc. Plenty of counter space to prep and seating for everyone. All utensils, cookware, glassware etc are provided. We also offer a large outdoor grill for those that love to BBQ.
This home can sleep 25.

Flat Hollow is a full service marina with a great restaurant, store, rentals and live music!
This is a property you will not want to miss!

Pet Friendly with stipulations. 2 dogs max. 100.00 non refundable fee per dog with signed pet waiver.
Summer Season (June–August) No-Cancellation Policy: To accommodate the complex logistics of large-group bookings, reservations are non-cancelable and non-refundable after February 1st.
Cancellations prior to February 1st follow our standard policy.
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance. For our standard policy: Guest receives 96.00% if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival; Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away.

This place is a great place for family. The main living space can accommodate our family of 21.plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The dock is a great place to hangout.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Great experience able to accommodate 4-5 smaller families! Swim off the dock or head out on the boat to swim the beautiful areas of the lake nearby.

Incredible stay!

Excellent, well thought out living spaces and personal spaces! Everything was updated and great for large groups. The dock was excellent and very spacious. The only issue noted was the bathroom towels smelling like mildew with one of them actually being dirty with hardened food or some substance on it, but was actually folded and underneath our bathroom sink with the clean towels. I would highly recommend this property— just be sure you bring some laundry detergent in the event you need to re-wash.

Dutch Pack Family Therapy

We all Loved the house and had a great time, our family has had some challenges that we are working through, so much needed therapy and time together. It was nice for everyone to have a separate bedroom and bath. The kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwashers and great room were our favorite meeting places. Both decks were great and the hot tub was nice. We did have a problem with the hot tub and that was resolved the very next morning. Thank You for a very nice stay.

Perfect getaway weekend!

The house was perfect for our friends’ getaway and even bigger than the pictures made it seem. Dock was perfect for boat rentals and swimming. The floors were dirty when we arrived and there was some food wrappers left on the counter, but other than that, we had the absolute perfect weekend!

Great for Large Groups

Very nice property. Lots of open space for large groups of people. 2 large decks on the house to hang out on. Double slip, double decker dock in idle zone was very nice and used alot! Owner has stocked with alot of amenties and 2 of several things like dishwasher, refrigrator, washer dryer all which were put to good use. All that stayed enjoyed the property. Owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Would stay here again.

Amazing Lake vacation! 10/10 rental!!

We take a lake vacation every year and this is by far the best and cleanest lake we have stayed at. The slide and jumping off the top deck was such a great bonus. We had kids aged 6-18 that loved the lake. We rented a boat from flat hollow marina which is literally a 2 minute boat ride or 5 minute kayak up the lake from the rental. It was a great price and so much fun tubing. We found a rope swing nearby that the kids loved! The marina was amazing with good food, karaoke, and outdoor games we enjoyed! Now the house. My family consists of several of us that LOVE to cook. We cook every night except the one night we dined at the marina. The kitchen is HUGE and has a gas stove that we loved using. The two refrigerators and dishwashers made cleanup and storage easy. We had 4 families and 17 people total and we could spread out easily. Each room has a bathroom which was a huge plus. Beds were comfortable especially the beds in the bunk rooms. A few adults actually choose to sleep in queen bunks because they were so comfortable. The “not quite” negative: we had one power outage that lasted roughly 45 minutes. Not really a negative since we were told this happens periodically in the mountains. The water also went out but the owners were responsive and had a electric company at the house within an hour and it was fixed so again, not a negative. The owners were phenomenal with communication and literally responded within 1 minute. They even came and brought us kayaks and goodies! 10/10

Great spot for a multi-generational family gathering!

Comfort Bay was the perfect spot for our first multi-family gathering. There's so much space to spread out, the kitchen was AMAZING for cooking big meals (and easy clean up!) and having multiple decks/gathering spots allowed us all to have our space while spending some great moments together. Everything is so new and very clean, plus nearly all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms which is a huge bonus (I mean, who really enjoys sharing a bathroom?). Boat dock was great as well. Upper deck with a slide and jumping spots gave us all a lot of fun, and the house's location back from a marina meant we could safely spend a lot of time floating in the water right off the dock when we weren't out on a boat. Aside from lots of boat rides, there was literally no reason to leave then entire week we were there. We'll definitely have this house tops on our list for the next time we're at the lake!
