This elegant condominium complex is located in one of the ideal places on the island and has beautiful views of the Gulf, Little Sabine Bay, and Santa Rosa Sound. It is located on Little Sabine Bay, but just cross the street and you will be at Casino Beach, the fishing pier or there is more shopping, entertainment, and dining at the Boardwalk on the Santa Rosa Sound. You can park your car and never even need to use it your entire vacation. The complex has a seasonally heated pool, gym, sauna, dock, and a small private, sandy beach.

This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely stay at South Harbor

This continues to be one of our favorite buildings on the beach - it has a bay beach, pool, easy access to the gulf, and across from the boardwalk.

South Harbor 7B Pensacola Beach Florida

We didn't love any about it. We were disappointed from the drive into the parking lot whete we almost got hit by another car trying to get into the gate. It was downhill from there. We contacted the host company multiple times able multiple problems and they said that they would get right on it or right back to us. No. Nothing. Never heard from anyone about all the complaints that we added to them our first day. No we will not be going back there.

Great customer service

We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay but they were handled and fixed promptly. The views were amazing and the space was spacious and cleanly. We can't wait for our next stay!

Very disappointed.

We have stayed at various condos as South Harbor Condo for years and have never been disappointed until now. The floors and rugs were not vacuumed. Both bathroom shower curtains have mildew and body fluid stains. Bathtub did not drain while showering. Towels and washcloths clean but stained. The kitchen sink faucet caked with residue. Rugs are curled up on the corners creating a tripping hazard. Chandelier above the dining room table not securely attached. Cookware was not usable. Teflon pans were deeply scratched and peeling. Plastic spatulas melted. Sofa and loveseat extremely stained with spills and what appeared to be urine stains Balcony only had two chaise lounges. The pictures on the internet showed a set of chairs and a table. The four of us could not sit on the balcony at the same time. There was no excuse for the condo being in this condition when we checked in . However, the property manager did what he could to make it comfortable as possible for us given the time and resources available and we do appreciate that.

Wonderful stay!!

Absolutely a fantastic location and gorgeous view. I had a 4 night stay there and would easily stay there again. It is easy walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. I had zero issues with the unit. Cons: The issues primarily resided with the check in procedure along the services listed on the unit page. -We were provided the incorrect code to get into the unit, but was fixed when I called. -The page listed “water sport equipment” under the amenities, but those are just for the owners of the units. -The “call to get beach chairs and umbrellas delivered” are not a thing. Instead we were told to use the ones down at the Hampton inn. Really all that’s needed is updating the check in/out and unit information pages. Still a wonderful unit and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Thank you!

Not 5 stars

I'm not sure why this unit has gotten 5 star reviews. We spent 3 nights (Aug 4-6) Although we are accustomed to staying in a more luxurious condo (Portofino) since this was a quick trip we decided to give this location a try. Here are the PROS: location - close to everything. View of bay and gulf. Rain showerhead in master bathroom. Unit has more than the basic necessities. (Lots of dishes and silverware, coffee pot, Keurig and towels. Please invest in a quality skillet. No one wants their eggs to stick. There's a washer/dryer in unit. Patio is large, could easily accommodate a party of 6. Easy access to room with use of keypad. Now for the CONS: upon entry to the condo there was a strong odor. A musty, wet smell. Everything felt and smelled of mildew. Don't know why this is. The smell was so sickening we had to leave to buy air freshener. My husband went to sit on the once white but now a filthy beige sofa. Just throw the sofas o.u.t. They are filthy and have dust mites. I tried putting clean sheets over the sofa but we itched like crazy. Throw them out. I'm appalled that they think someone would actually sit on them. The rugs were the same way. Nasty and stained. We had to move them to the patio. If you're not going to deep clean them you shouldn't have them. I don't see the need for rugs when the entire condo is tiled Which brings me to the floors. They were NOT cleaned they were swept, as evidenced every time I removed my socks and the were black. The dishwasher would not drain after 2 attempts. And let me say, I'm not hard to please, I've stayed in places that are not 5 stars. I have expectations according to what I spend on accommodations. I would probably give this place another try but not this unit.

Great place for a weekend getaway

Views are amazing and the unit is comfy and spacious. Perfect short term rental that we look forward to renting again. Repais should be done to prevent the large amounts of water from leaking from the showers to the bathroom floor. This in no way made a negative impact on our stay but it should be addressed.

Acceptable facility. Good location!!

The condo was nice. We had NO hot water the first night. Having only one fob made it a bit difficult as we had 2 cars and 2 teenagers walking. Would have expected to have a hair dryer in the unit with all the linens and toiletries supplied. The unit smelled of stale smoke which was unpleasant but we opened the doors and had a nice breeze. Cable in both bedrooms would have been nice.

I loved the condo and the views.

We loved the condo and the views. We had a wonderful vacation. The only thing I disliked was the construction in the condo next to ours. The nonstop jackhammering to break up the floor tiles was enough to drive a person insane. We even left for a long time and came back to find them still at it. There was no warning from any of the condo staff that this was going to happen. There was no compensation for the inconvenience that it caused. We spent a lot of money to relax and enjoy ourselves for it to end up being highly stressful. I was told by someone who lives in the condo that we should have went to the Holiday Inn and we would have been treated better.

Wonderful View

Outstanding feature is the large balcony. Condo faces the bay which is beautiful but you can also see out over the ocean. We had a very comfortable stay. Good idea to arrive before the office closes to get instructions on getting in the condo. Condo is very secure and a little frustrating to get in the first time.
