Well-appointed and ready to make great memories anytime of the year. Home designed and furnished by interior designer Diane Estey and is professionally decorated for the holidays !

As you walk through the front doors and into the formal foyer, French doors lead to a two story beamed living room with large fireplace, and its own private patio. The formal dining room is grand and boasts seating for ten with a garden view. The gourmet kitchen is exceptional with lots of counter space and a wonderful butler’s pantry just across the hall.

The breakfast room is always filled with sun and through French doors one will find themselves on another patio with a fountain and eating for ten. The family room on this level affords a view of Cheyenne Mountain and Will Rodgers Shrine and again has a large arched fireplace with French doors to the patio. Also, a big screen TV!

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a high ceiling-ed library, stocked with books for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has two private viewing decks, a wonderful bathroom with Jacuzzi for two, separate shower, dual sink vanity and dressing room.

Downstairs we enter the second family room with wet bar, study, bathroom and the fifth bedroom. This area can be totally private from the rest of the house. The family room on this level can also be used as a sixth bedroom with a queen bed.

This lovely private home is filled with lots of special accents and beautiful antiques. There is a large entertainment deck with large hot tub to enjoy our beautiful Colorado evenings. The world famous five-star hotel, The Broadmoor, is just five blocks away, with lots of tourist attractions close by along with great shopping and entertainment. Walk to The Golden Bee and enjoy English ambiance in a true English Pub.

So, bring your family and friends to experience this exceptional getaway!

Spacious and elegant-if you’re looking for a lovely home to spread out in this is your property. Many formal touches but a place you can be comfortable in. Terry takes very good care of you.

This is an older home with multiple living spaces and 3 levels. It is centrally located to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods.

It is not often to find a large house to accommodate 10 people. This house was perfect in every way. There was plenty of areas for privacy, relaxingand group conversation. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The house was also clean! Thank you Terry

Great experience and location

Located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the house and all the patios. Host is great and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything.

A lovely home!

Our family stayed 2 nights in this beautiful home. It was a perfect home near our grandson’s wedding venue. The owner met us and explained everything and made us feel welcome.

Beautiful Home

This home had everything we needed during our stay. We gave the grill a good workout several times and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Terry was always checking in to make sure there was nothing we needed. Beautifully furnished!

Wonderful stay at home near Broadmoor

We had a lovely weekend at this home which was perfectly located for our family reunion. We spent most of our time at another large home nearby but our time here was very nice. Our only complaint is that it was a bit hot upstairs. The Air conditioner in the Master Bedroom was helpful. Beautiful antiques throughout.

Nice family home close to Broadmoor

Very pleasant home in a nice neighborhood with lots of wildlife (deer and rabbits visited the yard on multiple occasions) and nearby wilderness. Host communicated well, met us at the house and personally went through the home's features and idiosyncrasies. It worked well for our family of six to explore the Colorado Springs area, while being convenient to a conference we were attending at the Broadmoor Resort, which was only a couple minutes away.

Charming home

We stayed for two nights whole in the area for a family reunion. The house is located near wonderful natural attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou. We used the hot tub both nights. Plenty of room to sleep 8 adults and the two kids. The kids loved the charm of this older home. There was a cool unexpected bonus in that a local business has 4 full size Transformer robots so we had to stop for pictures! Watch for them on Cimmeron (Hwy 24) on the way to Old Town Colorado. Very nice place to stay.

While this house was perfect for 8 adults gathered for a 50th year college reunion, it lacked attention to maintenance. The AC is makeshift but functional. But things like the oven and one of the a burned out stove burners, burned out light bulbs, generally too much unusable stuff still in closets and cabinets, and assorted towels from the 1990s-- could be easily addressed. Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay and the owner was very accommodating, especially in response to our need for an accessible bed on the ground level (the two bedrooms advertised as being on the “lower level” ended up being in the finished basement). The wildlife in the backyard was very entertaining for our city folks: a deer and a family of raccoons!

Broadmoor area

We enjoyed our stay, close to the Broadmoor and activities we were there to enjoy, quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. The house was clean and ready for us however we could have used more kitchen hand towels and wash cloths. There was not a Keurig coffee maker and if it matters, no TV's in bedrooms. For some in my group it did matter so they went and bought a small TV at Target. The yard and landscape was very overgrown and not maintained so it made it hard to enjoy the backyard or hot tub. Overall, we had a good time and house interior and bedroom spaces were suitable for our group.

Location perfect. Home badly needs updating

We stayed for a family members 60th birthday, the home is big and we were able to play games at the main table. The bad, no central air on the hottest weekend was unbearable in some sleeping rooms, one stove and ice maker did not work, the backyard needs a lot of work we did not use the hot tub or gazebo as it needs to be fixed in many areas and only some chairs had cushions. We all decided it was like stepping back into the 80s, which is fine unless it’s summer time and hot and you are used to more modern amenities It might be better in the winter. this house needs some serious TLC. If you want to be close to Broadmore though location is ideal.

Ladies Retreat

Colorado Springs was gorgeous. The property manager/ owner was kind. Issues we had was the hot tub was not working and was not good about it til time for trip. There were just other appliances in the home that didn't work. Hot water did not last for dishes and a shower. The jacuzzi tub could not be filled with hot water in general.

Horrible experience with management.

Our stay was not the problem. The property management conducted by Diane E. made an error in managing my security deposit. Be careful in your arrangements with her. She is not trustworthy.

Great stay, fit our needs

This house is great. It's old. It's odd. But everything is clean, functional, and just the right amount of quirky. We had 5 adult couples staying in this house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The photos don't do the spaces justice. The main kitchen/dining room/living room are fairly open, and then there are additional spaces in the house to relax on a couch or get away from that one friend you've had enough of. Hot tub was nice. The patio was great. The views from the front yard are lovely. The neighborhood is upscale (you might feel like an imposter). The location was close to mountains, and not a far drive to all the things you wanna do in the city. No A/C, and although there are window units in most of the bedrooms, there are basically no screens. Although there are fewer insects than in the Midwest, we had the occasional moth or wasp or whatever buzzing around the house. It mostly worked for us, but there are plenty of people who wouldn't love that. Was really a wonderful stay, and 10/10 would book again.
