Maison en Duplex au Calme Avec 1 Chambre - Quartier Viarme / Talensac

Enjoy my little 38 m² house with a large living area and open kitchen; upstairs, there’s a bedroom with an excellent 160 cm mattress and a lovely shower room. The house is very quiet, located at the back of my garden with a private entrance. The magnificent Talensac covered market is just a 10-minute walk away. Take the tram to the Poitou station, and in just two stops you’ll be right in the heart of downtown. Shops and good restaurants are right nearby.

The little house is actually a former stationery workshop that I’ve restored to its original charm. It’s decorated with natural materials to help you feel at home. It’s equipped with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. If you’re coming by car, there are free parking spots about a 10-minute walk away. (or a 2-minute tram ride)

La Petite Maison is equipped with everything (or almost everything) you need for a pleasant stay. I’ve tried to create a cozy atmosphere using high-quality materials. Everything was renovated in 2020.
Whether you simply want to explore Nantes (just three tram stops will take you to the very heart of the city) or unwind in the evening after a day’s work (My Petite Maison is truly peaceful), you’re welcome here. I’d be happy to share my favorite spots with you.

The easiest way to get around is on foot. You can reach the very heart of the city in 10 minutes. Otherwise, there’s also a Bicloo station 200 m away and the tram stop 100 m away.
Parking is metered in the city center, but I’ll point you to some free spots nearby.
