Walk into this beautiful Gulf-front condo on the fifth floor to see amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach, including spectacular sunsets. This condo has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, including granite countertops, a full refrigerator, and all the other items needed to cook a meal. The seating on the large patio has chairs so you can relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. This condo will quickly become your home away from home time after time.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beach service is available from March through October.
All linens and towels are provided for comfort, but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 5.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. A great place to stay if you love the beach!

We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Great views and nice balcony furniture. Condo was well equipped and met all our needs. Also appreciated complimentary beach chairs and the really nice “beach chair guy.”

Great Condo!

Perfect location with plenty of room. Close to everything yet off the busy roads of Destin (5 miles). If you like less traffic and quiet beaches this is a great option for your stay.

Pleasantly surprised

My family and I were impressed with the condo. There is tons of space and separate bathrooms. We usually stay in Destin, but we found a condo 3 times larger for less than the one we usually rent in Destin. This condo is beautiful and in a great location

Enjoyed our stay. The living room furniture was very nice. The bedroom with two queens was nice; however, the mattresses bed to be replaced. Also, there was dust behind the headboard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Love this property

There were 8 of us, so the 3 bathrooms was the biggest plus. Beach service was great, the beach was never crowded, the condo was decorated very cute, nice kitchen, amazing view, nice quiet location, but still close enough to attractions. The woman at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful oceanfront condo!

This condo was perfect for us! 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. Best part was definitely the direct view of the ocean! Great patio furniture as well. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The condo and property were very clean and well-kept. The condo could stand a few updates, but overall, we really enjoyed it.

Best condo, best views

We had the best time. The condo was spacious 3bdrm 3 bath with great views of the gulf. Sofa bed wasn’t good. Glad we brought an air mattress. Very well equipped kitchen. Beach service daily. We all had a wonderful time.

Perfect for our family!

The unit was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated for the beach. There were 6 of us-4 adults/2 children. Great kitchen & appliances. Incredible view of the gulf! Loved that the road is not super busy. Plenty to do nearby. The only downside for our family was all of the smokers in common areas, especially at elevator. This is the only reason I gave 4/5 stars. Otherwise perfect.

Spacious, clean and finally extra towels

I would highly recommend this unit. The room was clean, spacious and finally, we booked a condo that provided extra towels. Its seems like a small thing, but going back and forth to the pool, and beach we tend to shower more than usual. Having towels was a gift that I will remember when I am ready to book another vacation.

Perfect location and accomidations

Can't get any closer to the beach, loved the location. Room was very clean, quiet, nicely decorated and came with the starter essentials. The balcony provided a gorgeous view. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Vacassa was smooth. Got there at 3 pm and was able to check in early. They sent us texts to check on us and even called. Oh, and the beach was beautiful, well kept, and not crowded, even over the holiday. Thank you for helping us make a great family vacation.

Beautiful views!

We loved how spacious the condo was, even the hallways seemed a little wider, making it easy to get things in and out. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms weren’t cramped. The kitchen was large enough we weren’t bumping into each other, and the living room and dining area were comfortable with plenty of seating. The best part though is the balcony and the views of the beach and ocean!!! So much fun to just sit and watch the ocean in the early morning while having a cup of coffee! We would definitely book this unit again on future trips to Ft Walton!

Perfect view from the perfect porch

I wanted to get my elderly parents to the beach so the main request was to have a nice roomy porch perched right over the ocean and Islander 5001E did the trick. It has a wide porch with plenty of nice seating. The location was perfect on the island away from the bustle at the bridge but still very convenient. The main living spaces in this unit have been nicely updated. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is that the beds were not all in great shape and the bathrooms have not been updated but overall we were very happy. In unit laundry is also really nice. The building was well maintained. We would stay there again for sure!

Beautiful View

The condo has a beautiful view of the beach. It was very spacious and everyone was comfortable. However, I think the level of cleanliness needs a lot of work. There was a lot of hair in the carpet/floors and linens and it was dusty in some areas. We had to wash our sheets as soon as we got there because of it. I really think housekeeping needs to step it up a bit. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we are looking forward to the time!!

What a view!!

The condo was very nice, but one of the full bed was awful. It sagged very bad. I loved the balcony chairs and table. Our condo could have been a little cleaner. But overall a great place.

Wonderful condo!

We would come back! Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Fort Walton Beach and the Islander -E5001. It had great space for all of us for the week. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were wonderful!
