This was a last-minute booking; we could not have been happier with the place. Beautiful location, furnishings were great. We did reach out to the owner and they responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area!

The Condo was perfect and could not have been any better. The view was fabulous and the location of the condo was excellent. Everything was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Looking forward to staying there again next year! Its the Best!!!

The view was beautiful. The balcony was very spacious! There was plenty of room to relax inside the condo and outside! Short walk to the beach. I was disappointed on how unclean the room was. You could just tell that it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. I was disappointed in how the check in and communication with the owners was. I have rented through VRBO several times and usually the owner will message you the same day, check in on you in the middle of your stay and respond quickly. That however did not happen. I did have to talk with the owners at one point and it just seemed like it was a company running it.

Nice spot to see ocean and sunsets and sunrises. You need to include cards and pens….we couldn’t find any. Also wish you had a hot tub cuz it was usually cold and windy.

We appreciate your suggestion about having cards and pens available and will take that into consideration. We apologize for the absence of a hot tub and understand how it could enhance the experience, especially in colder and windy weather. Unfortunately, an amenity like a hot tub would need to be provided by the condo association and I don't believe they have any plans for that. Beautiful Views

Communication prior and throughout stay was great! The views are outstanding and being able to sit on the balcony and soak up the sun and see and hear the waves was delightful! The condo was clean and decor was "beachy" and fun! Had a wonderful visit!

Fantastic

The condo was right on the beach with an amazing view. The beach access was close and the pool was too. We were fortunate to see two beach weddings going on from our balcony. I will definitely be back!!!

We stayed Apr 17 - 24.Unit 201 was very nice. The location was great and the beach was super nice.Loved having beach chairs and umbrella included with the unit.The unit was well decorated, clean, and very cozy.A few constructive items:Mid week the roach spraying crew entered the unit while we were in it to spray for bugs…again, while we were in the unit. Luckily we were just sitting watching tv but kinda weird to just have someone barge in.The unit lacks extra blankets. So if you get cold you’ll need to take blankets off the beds and use.Kitchen is nice but keep in mind all they have is salt and pepper. Everything else to cook is on you to go buy. Everyday during the trip (except Sunday the 19th) there was construction going on above the unit. It started quit early so if you like to sleep in past 8am it will be difficult. I don’t anticipate this is year round but was during our stay.I don’t want to take away from the unit as overall it’s a very nice place and was very reasonably priced.

Spacious View

This property has a double spacious view of the ocean almost the entire length of the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and anything needed for cooking. I loved the abundance of hooks for hanging hats, towels, purses, etc. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the host was super responsive. It’s a great location, not too busy, but close to food and activities. I’m sure we will book again in the future.

GREAT Stay

201 at the Islander was FANTASTIC. It was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and write up. The location was superb, quiet yet only a few minutes away to great eating and attractions. Beach as awesome. Staff very friendly. Had no problems. Kenneth was a gem to work with at Itrips Fort Walton. We could NOT have asked for any better. Will request again.

Way beyond my expectations

This property was amazing the 2 full bathrooms and two separate bedrooms were just perfect for my 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters and I everything was clean and the condo had just what we needed. Ken and Carrie were amazing and in my opinion went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Small things mean so much when your planning a trip. Highly recommend this property

Beach Vacation

We had an amazing time! The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed!!! If I had feedback for the owners, it would be to upgrade some things for the condo. Spending a bunch of money for a week, there should be some better appliances, furniture and dishes. We understand being close to the beach is a perk but it could use some updating on those items. Overall, it was a great rental and would use again!!

Amazing view from the spacious balcony!

This condo has the most amazing view from the large balcony and the double sliders/windows that span the width of the condo! The unit is very spacious and was very clean! We appreciated the 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom as well as the full size washer and dryer in the unit. We saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. There was great communication and quick responses when asking for recommendations. We look forward to renting this unit again!

We Love Fort Walton Beach

Absolutely loved the condo. Loved the overall location in relation to everything in town. Our condo’s location near the beach was amazing! Small issues…appliances definitely need updating. TV was challenging to use. Limited channels. Water lukewarm at times. But we would stay here again without hesitation. Overall, it was incredible!

Thank you for staying. There should be a good selection of channels on the television. It is the Cox cable service. The water in the building is on a common water heater (like a hotel), there was an issue with it that was resolved during your stay.
