On-site, enjoy the hot tub and heated outdoor pool, as well as a fitness center. THINGS TO KNOW
Construction will occur on the property from August 14, 2023, until February 16, 2024. During this time, the balconies and walkways will experience closures. Doors will also be repainted. Noise may be audible during work hours.
Beach service (two chairs and one umbrella) is available from March 1 - October 31.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We spent 4 nights at this condo and it was nice! Had everything we needed. Loved the fact it had 2 bathrooms and was right next to the beach! The only thing I would say is we were given the wrong beach access code. But the people who lived there were super nice and told us the correct one. They said it changes every month. Nothing major a simple fix!! We will be back forsure!!

Relaxing Stay

We loved the location to the stairs The condo was basically clean but the white tile floor needs a good professional clean. The bed is very uncomfortable. Hard as a board. The kitchen needs some updated cookware skillets pots and pans and a new coffee maker.

Cute condo!

Cute condo, but it did not include beach service (umbrell and chairs) like most condos do. There were also no pots or pans so we weren't able to cook any of the food we bought since we didn't realize this until after we bought groceries.

This condo saved our vacation!!

We had an issue with our original booking (not through VRBO) and we were able to use the instant booking option to book this condo last minute. The condo was amazing. Bed in master was super comfy. Absolutely no complaints about our stay. The condo was quiet and although not ocean front, had a great balcony and large windows in the living room to let the sun in. The grills were a great convenience. Pool and beach access was awesome. A full time beach attendant was there and able to get us our chairs and provide any rentals we could want for paddle boards, kayaks etc. Loved Island Princess and this condo. Thanks for a great week!!!

my stay

Good location. Unit was dirty. Dishes dirty, found wet dishes in cabinet that apparently were not dried before putting away (gross) food in bottom of dishwasher, floors dirty, doors dirty, mirror in bedroom dirty. Carpeting in bedroom smelled like cats. Broken garbage disposal and toaster (called in and they did come replace and repair the next day). coffee maker is old and leaks water from bottom. For the price, I expected more.

Misleading info. March 18th

The condo itself was clean and what we knew needed. However, the sliding door to the balcony has a make shift lock, which is very hard to open. Thereā€™s major construction going on in the front of the condo, which was not mentioned in the booking of this, therefore the pool and hot tub were not open, and we were very disappointed. The code to the beach access was wrong, and it took us a day to find someone that would give it to us that live there. other than that the place is OK. The beds were very hard and hurt your back.

Door didnā€™t sealā€”termites were crawling through

The front door did not seal well at all. On our final night there were termites coming in through the closed front door. Hundereds of them. The front door is right by the bunk beds. We didnā€™t want our daughter sleeping right where hundereds of bugs were coming through the door so We spent our last night killing termites inside and outside by the light (could not turn outside lights off) and trying to seal the door with other things. We Asked Vacasa about it and they offered no help, solution or partial refund. Was let down. The tiles grout throughout looked very dirty and needed a cleansing. But, it was a good location. We liked the proximity, pool and hot tub! Our daughter liked the bunk feature. It rained one day we were there and we found a GameCube console with games and controllers which was a great surprise and good way to spend some family time together in the room during the bad weather

CONSTRUCTION NOISE 8a-6p EVERY DAY

Where do I start? Can you say ā€œConstruction NOISE?ā€ from 8am to 6pm, Wednesday through Saturday, with machinery running full blast, and the incessant BLEEPING of the equipment being moved around? Did we have a clue? No, your people didnā€™t offer this little tid-bit of information. Oh, it getā€™s worse. The toaster doesnā€™t work, the oven light doesnā€™t work, there are bugs in the bed, along with, you guessed it, MORE construction noise, right outside our bedroom window. This was an anniversary vacation. Our 51st. We had high hopes, but spent most of the time wondering why we were here, without any warning, what-so-ever. Can it get any worse??? Yes, it absolutely can. MORE THAN HALF OF THE PARKING LOT is taken up with, you guessed it, CONSTRUCTION. We canā€™t park in any of the ā€œnumberedā€ parking spaces, even though there are 20-30 or more each day. NO, we have to park in the ā€œun-numberedā€ parking spaces, and there are an insufficient number of them. We were promised two parking spaces and we canā€™t even find ONE. What assistance do we get from Vacasaā€¦ ZILCH. NADA. NOTHING. Oh, and did I mention CONSTRUCTION noise? All we ask is for you to be honest with usā€¦ This was a HUGE FAIL. Will we rent from Vacasa again. NEVER. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, NO CHANCE.

I really enjoyed the condo. It was cleaned, all the appliances were in working order, the partial view of the ocean was still good, it was very accessible, spacious for my family of 4, I was checked on by the company multiple times throughout my stay via text, quiet area away from the pool, I really enjoyed the condo.

Great location, Apt needs improvement in a couple of points

The location of this apartment is just perfect; the beach in front (main reason of my selection) is just perfect. The apartment is comfortable and very clean; it also feels very safe (parking and in general). Things to improve: first and most important, the bathtub really needs anti slip strips ! I fell and hit my face while taking a shower; I am happy it was me (not my wife or son) and was too bad; but I did get a nasty bruise. Second, it could use a few beach towels (it is a beach apt), when asked I was told I was "lucky" we had one (very wrong answer); we could use the regular towels (there is plenty). The dryer doesn't really work. In summary; we did have a great time at the beach and enjoyed our vacation, I would not come back to this particular unit (219); but I would recommend the place.
