*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

This beautiful, three-bedroom, Gulf front condo includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and the main bedroom leading out to a large, furnished patio that offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale, contemporary-style vacation rental include a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, a stainless steel refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining table has seating for six and there are an additional four counter stools at the breakfast bar. The main bath includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and twin sinks. Each bedroom, as well as the living area, is equipped with TVs and DVD players. Please note that the third bedroom (pictured here with side-by-side twin beds) now includes a fun twin-over-queen bunk bed (updated photos coming soon)!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
