Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Six can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 55" Smart TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a 42" flat screen TV/DVD and King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown moulding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

Tidewater is conveniently located within 1/3 mile to the new 900,000 square foot PIER PARK Shopping Village(over 100 retailers). Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, Buffalo's and many others. Stores include Target, Starbucks, Dillard's, Old Navy, JC Penney, and many more. Check in process very easy, condo clean but needs updating. Staff always cheerful and helpful. First condo in PCB that had staff operating elevators during busy times which helped tremendously!! Will definitely stay again!

Family vacation/softball World Series trip

This condo was gorgeous! Our kids having a separate full bathroom of their own was amazing. Beautiful balcony with full beach views! Private washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus to keep my daughterā€™s uniforms clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean Condo (Elevator Nightmare)

The condo was clean and surprisingly quiet we never heard neighbors. Tidewater was very clean, they had employees everywhere cleaning. Our main complaint was the elevator situation. If you needed to take your vehicle to go shop or eat you need to plan at least an hour wait. During peak hours you would wait at least 30 - 45 mins for an elevator and the parking garage only had 1 elevator working so that would take another 30 mins to an hour. The condo owner is very nice and responsive and we enjoyed the condo. Unfortunately the only way we would return to Tidewater would be in the off season.

Amazing view that would benefit from Minor upgrades

I really liked the location of the condo. I thought the view was amazing. The balcony was spacious. There was adequate sleeping room. The bed was comfortable. I can see why some people felt like the condo needed a deep clean. However. It wasnā€™t enough of an issue to pose a big problem. However. The thermostat is a Different story. Our first night there, the thermostat went out. My husband was forced to get up at. 2 AM to go to the local store and attempt to buy batteries to troubleshoot it. We tried the breaker and batteries, without success. On the next morning we contacted the owner. While he was very responsive, my husband found him kinda ā€œoff putting.ā€However I will give him his props for sending a maintenance guy over. I mean honestly I kind of feel like that was just normal ā€œMurphyā€™s Law type of stuff.ā€ My husband was able to fool with it enough to get it working. However, it did go out again. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed this property due to its location and view. Honestly, I would definitely consider staying again. As stated by previous vacationers The elevators did pose a small issue as well. The condo was quite and the pool was nice.

Wow! What a View!!

Spectacular view and a nice, quiet area of the panhandle. The resort was excellent- pools, spa, shopping nearby etc. This condo was very nice. We had a beautiful get away and hope to come back.

Great Time

We had a great time in PCB! The only draw back was we would could smell someone smoking pot below us when we were trying to relax out on our balcony. Some donā€™t know how to read the do not smoke or vap note that is posted

PCB Vacation

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean on property. Pools were equiped with plenty of chairs on both pools. Nice little store on property with Starbucks coffee and it was great! Eleveators worked well with no long wait times. Close to Pier Park was a bonus :)

Awesome ocean view, great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in PC Beach, Florida. The unit was clean, well maintained, and decorated nicely. The view of the beach and ocean was magnificent. The owner was very pleasant and responsive to our questions. We booked last minute and were lucky to get such an amazing place.

Great place, great views!

Everything was amazing with the condo. The view spectacular, host was easy to communicate with and we even were able to get in a couple hours early. The property itself though has major elevator issues that seem to be an ongoing thing for years according to what other visitors stayed. Considering we were in the 23 floor, it was disappointing to come in and find we had to wait at least fifteen minutes in line just to get on an elevator that was packed to capacity, thank god the ones working didnā€™t breakdown when we were on it. Sadly this is a deal breaker for me. I canā€™t return to this resort unless I know all elevators are working at capacity. It is a shame.

Wonderful space with an amazing viee

The condo is very lovely and the view is spectacular. The water is so clear. I saw several varieties of marine life from the balcony. Also saw gorgeous sunsets and even a rainbow. Could hear the sound of the waves from the balcony. Max was very responsive; promptly responding to all my inquiries. I look forward to staying here again.

The condo was great. I would love to stay in it again as long as it was available at a different resort! It was clean and beautiful, with an amazing view off the 23 balcony! But the resort it self needs some serious changes! The elevator waits are just insane. You will spend most of your time waiting to get on the elevator, then you do enjoying other things that truly matter. Max was a great person and the communication was great as well. But sadly I will not be staying at the resort again after this... not until they get the elevator situation under control.

Had a great time staying here. Close to a lot of eating establishments. Condo was clean and loved having the washer and dryer available. The beach umbrella was broken so I messaged Max and he said to get a new one and he would reimburse me and I was reimbursed as soon as I completed my stay.

Beautiful unit.

Everything was perfect except the elevaters. Atleast 2 out of service our entire 9 night stay. Thats almost 1/3 of elevators.

We bought this condo as our dream getaway. It is perfectly situated right on the white sand of Emerald Coast with a spectacular view of the beach and turquoise water. Its private balcony is our favorite place to dine watching the sun setting into the sea. It feels like it's far from civilization, but at the same time, it is only a short beach stroll away from a vibrant and entertaining Pier Park Shopping Village where we can find food and fun. Tidewater Beach is also a vacation resort, so we enjoy its amenities and the party atmosphere that we cannot have at home. We have traveled around the world but this is our favorite place to return, again and again...
