Monthly reservation may include complimentary cleaning service for relaxing carefree stay depending on the length of the stay. Owner of the condo is no longer responsible for collection of parking cost. Once confirmed booking with us, we will send a link to pay for parking permit which is $40 with convivence fee per stay so estimated around 42-43 dollars. In January- condo will be blocked for three weeks for annual update and cleaning. Come back and look for new pictures of the condo.

Our condo has free beach service from Go Beachin company from March 1 to end of oct 2026 which is $65 per day saving and you will get your own reserved parking. This combo is very rare in majestic resort. We are trying to make it an easy vacation for your family and there is no need to haul beach chairs or circling around to find a parking space. Your family will have so much fun at the beach.
