Pool - Family Friendly Home

Built in 2020. This 1340 sqft house is a stand alone residence that is 65 feet behind the main house. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool (non-heated in winter), patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest.

Huge open space with 19 foot ceilings. The Loft, which acts as the master bedroom has a balcony for you to sit outside and have your coffee as the sun comes up.

There is a Full Kitchen with everything you need to cook a huge meal. If you need something special let us know we probably have it in the main house.

The living/great room has 2 giant ceiling fans. There you will find a 75 in Smart HDTV. When the sun goes down, the living area can become a movie theater. We love watching Star Wars movies and eating popcorn out there when it is not occupied.

The 1st floor bedroom has 1 Stackable Twin bed that work as daybeds, sofas or can turn into 2 twin beds. It also has a queen bed. This bedroom is directly connected to the bathroom.

The loft has a King Bed with dresser and closet and TV.

The bathroom has a roll-in open tiled shower with a private toilet and has an exit to the outside as well.

There is an 8x20 covered porch with a ceiling fan where you can sit and relax.

The main house as the Ring Doorbell system and outdoor security cameras which view the front and back yard. All systems record audio and video 24/7.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so beautiful and clean. It had so many amenities. The pool was amazing. It was so private for being so close to their home. Location was great to beaches. It was perfect and we would stay again.

Last minutes vacation

Clean and Easy

This house is not only adorable, but it is in a great location. It was easy to check in and out. It was incredibly clean and comfy. Has all necessary silverware and appliances. Great place.

Great place for a Beach vacation

The House was very clean, Any questions were answered very quickly. The Beds were very very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the soccer ball and goal outside. The beach chairs that we were able to use would GREAT! would Highly recommend.

Great place for our family vacation!

Don’t pass up this place! It was perfect for our family of four and our visit to the Pensacola area. Nataliya was great with communication, as there was a storm that caused damage and cut out the internet as we were headed in. This allowed us to take our time on the way in and see a few more sights. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day and the kitchen was well appointed. We also liked being able to do our laundry from the beach each evening. There is a Starbucks and a Walmart nearby so that was convenient. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax there after dinner. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others!

Short Notice Communication!

Property/house/Host/great. Vacationing with couple would be awkward! Only1bathroom you have to enter through bottom bedroom. Asked day before arrival if we planned on using pool which we stated yes.Then told well the pool isn’t heated and still scheduled maintenance and wouldn’t be available 3 of 5 days of our stay. Booked Oct. for Nov. Vacation. If known pool was unavailable would’ve booked elsewhere! Had hiccup with shower which owner fixed in an hour. Only downfall was pool which we thought we should have received compensation back for it being non-usable for 1/2 of our stay. If vacationing with just family 2 adults 2-3 kids and pool was available it would be a great stay!

Cute little place

The cottage was very nice & clean. It had everything you needed for cooking & entertainment. The only thing that caught me a bit off guard is none of the photos show you really how close you are to the main house or that the pool is connected tothe main house. So if you want to go swimming you are directly behind the back doors.

Nice Location

Everything was great! The only negatives(these are small negatives in my opinion) would be the driveway, and restroom location. The driveway was long and narrow and difficult for visitors. The only access to the restroom was through our bedroom, not very handy if someone other than those sleeping have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Amazing Spring Break Family Vacation

Super clean, modern, very organized quite home that is close to Walmart and Publix’s for groceries. Beach is about 10-15 minute drive to Pensacola beach. The beaches are absolutely stunning. We have had several Florida vacations but never stayed in the Pensacola area. We stayed early April and had amazing luck with weather. Our family would definitely come and stay again. Our children loved the rental home and we were beyond pleased with all the accommodations that the home had to offer. Always a plus to come home from vacation with no laundry. Super happy the rental had washer and dryer.

Family Friendly (Safe Neighborhood) Spring Break Vacation!

Our family (ages 1-12) absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, had the most comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels, two big sofas to watch movies on, and plenty of space for us all. All of the conveniences you would need at a house were thought of (toothbrush holder, first aid kit, full kitchen…anything you needed, was there). They had a high chair and pack n play to use for our 1 year old! This property was a short drive to the beaches (we went every day with ease), 5 mins from an awesome zoo, across the street from a Wal-Mart, close proximity to so many delicious restaurants…it was really perfect. There is a nice big yard that we loved playing soccer in, with a big soccer goal. It was never an issue being there on the same property as the owners. We never felt uncomfortable being there and they gave us privacy. The neighborhood is very safe and we went for several walks. The pool was beautiful and clean, and was surrounded by very comfortable sturdy chairs and a lounger. Can’t say enough good things! Thank you for having this wonderful property for families to use on their vacations!

A beautiful weekend getaway

This property is a perfect place to enjoy family quality time. The house was beautifully decorated you can appreciate the dedication of the property owners with every detail that is well put within the home. My kids were finally bonding and playing games amongst each other and I was able to enjoy mom time as well. The area is beautiful we went to Laguna beach park since it was cold we couldn’t enjoy water activities. Over all we loved the stay. Thank you.

This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely spotless. And so many little extras that made a vacation rental easier. Such as spices, popcorn and a well stocked kitchen full of everything you’d need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Thank you for a great vacation! The property is convenient to both Navarre and Pensacola beaches. The beach chairs and beach umbrella are a plus. The kitchen has great appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. There is a huge TV in the main living area with access to the internet for streaming. Great place to stay! Awesome place!

The owners are amazing! The house is so nice and has lots of activities for the family. The pool was nice and felt great! It’s right in the middle between Navarre beach and Pensacola beach so you have options. Will definitely visit again!

Everything was exactly as described

The house was very clean. The kids loved the pool and it was so close to the beach and everything else. Super fast response for any questions . Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back.

Would highly recommend to a friend

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was exactly as described, the pool had the perfect temperature, all staples available, great appliances. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, plenty of towels and everything you can think of, too. High level of privacy, nice and quiet neighborhood. Only thing I could say that wasn’t great would be is that the couches were too soft for our taste (and backs).

My wife is a full time mama balancing the 3 kids and her sanity. We are your basic, traditional boring American family, LOL.

As world travelers, we have thought of just about everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing time. If you are looking to party hard.....this is not the place.
