What you need to know:

* A Lease Agreement application is required. You will receive it from the owners as an attachment to the rental approval. It must be completed and signed by both parties a MINIMUM of 5 days prior to arrival or the CBC property management office will not accept the agreement. It can only be sent as a scanned PDF. Faxes and photos of the document are not accepted by CBC. The owners will ensure the $150 fee (part of your total rental fees) is transferred to CBC on your behalf.
* You must be 25 years of age to book and the person booking must be one of the
occupants.
* Only starter supplies will be provided.
* One (1) parking pass allowed per unit, parking is first come first serve basis. If
parking under the building, the vehicle cannot be taller than 6'3" including any
items stored on the roof. You are not allowed to back into a parking space. Only
automobiles are allowed on the property.
* No pets allowed.
* Smoking prohibited in the condo and the complex. The unit is equipped with
detectors that sense smoke from cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana.
* The security deposit will be refunded no more than 14 days after check out, once
inventory has been completed, and the unit has been cleaned.
