Our apartment 'Grateful' is a combination of pleasing colors and a delicate attention to detail in every corner that will let you experience the magic of an eclectic space in the heart of St Petersburg. With the beautiful sand beaches 4 minutes away driving, you can feel the breeze as soon as you step outside. You also can try St Petersburgā€™s diverse restaurant scene and visit the museums displaying art permanent collections and traveling exhibits.

As you walk into this glamorous apartment you will feel how this carefully designed space lives up to itā€™s name. An open layout of about 800 square feet, fully equipped kitchen offers Italian cabinetry, Quartz countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stove, convection oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a Keurig with reusable pots to enjoy coffee, toaster and a small blender.

For the cooking pioneer, there is a charming nook section to serve your food, hang out with full privacy, or do some work for any business traveler. The living room area is carefully decorated to make you feel at home with unique lighting and includes hand-picked artwork that will bring the place to life as you watch your favorite streaming platform on the 50ā€ smart TVā€™s.

As you enter the rooms you will feel the overall warmth and charm and will enjoy luxurious organic cotton sheets, soft & firm pillows and the most comfortable memory foam Tuft and Needle mattress to ensure a good night sleep. The rooms are equipped with 37ā€ smart TVā€™s.

Two beautiful modern bathrooms featuring glass tile with a bathtub and a shower. Toiletries are provided for your convenience should you need them.

The unit is equipped with a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience, a back common area with surrounding landscape and stainless steel BBQ. Two assigned off street parking spaces.

We stayed @ Stylish & Eclectic Modern 2/2 Apt - WeAreGrateful for 1 week and it was beyond our expectations. The apartment was very cozy and made us feel like very comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect as it is central to everything, 2 supermarkets within walking distance and all popular shopping malls and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins by car. The area is very quiet so it was perfect for relaxation, we cannot wait to return :)

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Grateful! The hosts were amazing to work withā€”quick to respond and very helpful whenever we needed anything. The home was exceptionally clean and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. Our kids especially loved playing in the backyard. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Great Vacation Rental!

This rental is exactly as pictured: beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable! Kitchen is stocked with the necessities for cooking. Situated in a nice neighborhood near bike trails, beaches, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Great little apartment

We were recently in town for a conference. This was a great location. Publix is within walking distance. the apartment was well appointed and the outside seating area was a nice bonus.

Short but sweet

We werenā€™t in town for a long time but this was the perfect place to call home while in St. Pete! Communications with Natalia were easy and excellent! Close to so many great restaurants, minutes from the beach and Publix, Scooters coffee within walking distance, we really couldnā€™t have asked for more. The outdoor seating area was so pleasant for our morning coffees. And the space is cute to boot! Next time weā€™re in town, this is where weā€™ll be!!

Unique and Comfortable

My family and I had wonderful stay! All was pleasant and clean! So glad they accommodated a blow dryer, kerig, washer and dryer (especially after fishing), Every room was so well decorated and in person place looked better than photos. Loved the delicious truffles host gift. Thank you, we would stay again.

Fantastic For the Weekend

This property was perfect for our family for the quick weekend stay! We were in town to run the Florida Shamrock classic. The two bedroom two bath was perfect.The convenience of the futon couch allowed my son to also stay with us! Close proximity just so many things! We enjoyed St Pete Beach for two days. Really, so many conveniences and really a great place that we would totally visit again!

We were so impressed with this condo. It was extremely clean, close to everything, absolutely perfectly decorated, everything you need to cook, safe area, and the owners were very goid about responding to me when I had a question. Loved this place. Literally the only thing I didnā€™t like was the nearby Taco Bell trash pick up in the middle of the night, nothing the hosts can do about that. Quiet, clean, close to everything, communicative hosts!

Great spot between St. Pete and the beach

I stayed here with my family of 5 for spring break and it worked out perfectly. One thing that I don't think is on the listing is that it is about 1.5 blocks away from a SunRunner bus stop, which is currently free to take to/from the beach until Nov 2023. It worked out great for us and we didn't have to worry about parking at St. Pete Beach.

Perfect for our needs!

This apartment was beautifully outfitted and well appointed. The location was super convenient to both downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa. We used it for a business trip, so the two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms were perfect for two colleagues. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, and the hosts were flexible and didn't have onerous tasks to complete before leaving. Thanks to Natalia and Yuri for a great visit!

I give it the maximum rating. for cleanliness, comfort, excellent location. I liked everything very much. there was a barbecue area, everything you needed in the kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, the house was clean and smelled nice, there was parking near the house, the neighbors didnā€™t bother each other. Weekend gateway

We had a fun time staying at this apartment. Upon enteance, we were greeted with a bottle of wine. The apartment is very well decorated and has a binder with all the instructions or questions you may have. It is very comfortable and has everything you need for a weekend stay. There is also an outdoor space and our girls enjoyed playing outside and using the hammock. We drove to the beach for the day and ordered food in at night. The rooms and beds are spacious and comfy. Overall it was a great experience for our family of 4, enjoyable, comfortable and neat.

A perfect place to Stay!

From the moment we walked in and saw the welcoming decor and cleanliness of the space, we knew our stay would be great! Modern and eclectic, clean and well thought out, we found ourselves to be totally comfortable and relaxed in the space. Everything was neat and clean, simple and easy to manage. Sometimes with rentals, the pics look better than the actual place. Not true in this case. Everything looked even better in realtime. So conveniently located - very spacious and accommodating for all our needs. Staying at the We are Grateful unit really allowed us to feel incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful and safe place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to visit the South Pasadena/Gulfport area (especially if you are visiting Stetson Law School). Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!

Spring Break Fishing Trip

We truly enjoyed the property and had everything we needed for a nice getaway. The outdoor space was delightful. The couch in the front room is not made for tall people. We found it hard to get comfortable for reading and TV on the one rainy day we chose to stay in...otherwise things where top notch. Would stay here again!
