You will have complete access to the entire townhouse except one owner's closet which is locked. Only you and your guests will have access to the space during your stay.

Please note:
This is an entire home that is part of a duplex. There is a shared wall with another unit so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 4 guests).

Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

And, for everyone's safety, there is a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulation of the camera will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.
