Family Fun Beach Vacation: 1.5 blocks to ocean. Bonus Roof Top Patio

After a fun day at the beach, relax in your own rooftop hot tub and entertain on the spectacular rooftop deck. This unusual feature is a favorite of all renters.
Our home offers a large open floor plan and boasts a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Everything you need is included: drip coffee pot, blender, toaster, new pots and pans, serving platters, dishes, dinnerware, glassware, washer/dryer, blankets, sheets, beach badges and more!

Enjoy the ocean breeze on the front porch just off the 1st floor bedroom. 

The 2nd floor offers 3 more spacious bedrooms:
Master bedroom ensuite including desk, Smart TV and large closets
2nd bedroom: Twin over Full bunk bed and a large closet
3rd bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV and includes a desk.
We provide fresh bed linens for all beds.

Washer dryer is conveniently located on the second floor.

Beautiful fenced in backyard with outdoor shower, BBQ, and custom table and chairs for outdoor dining. Boogie boards and beach chairs included.
6 beach badges (4 adult and 2 senior badges) for free access to the beautiful Belmar beaches. Children under 14 do not need badges.
We are pet friendly to dogs who are under 40 pounds and are house trained.

Couples and families are welcome. No groups, please.

My family of 6 adults and a 6-month old baby just had the best beach vacay. This house had everything we needed to get started including a warm welcome with a cherry pie! Both the owner and the property manager were very responsive to any minor concerns. All the rooms and amenities were very clean. It is close to everything we needed. I would advise renters to pull into a parking spot after unloading in the driveway. Pulling out of the driveway can get tricky especially during busy hours. We left one car in the driveway and kept one on the street most of the time. This also left room for our guests to park in the driveway. The neighbors were friendly and we loved being greeted by Loki, the friendliest and biggest cat from up the block.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Belmar and really enjoyed Nan’s house. Great location, long driveway fit all 3 of our large vehicles, house was clean and beautiful! Fenced yard was cozy and private. Perfect for our dog. The house was thoughtfully set up for beach life with an outdoor shower, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and badges. We loved being so close to the beach which was clean and friendly people. For us, we had a great mix of cooking meals, enjoying the BBQ and full kitchen. And the ease of so many delicious restaurants in the area. Many great memories of puzzles on the big counter island, uno games on the back outdoor table and movie nights where all 8 of us comfortably sat together on the cozy couch! We cannot wait to return and relax in the roof top hot tub!! Property manager was lovely and responsive. Thank you!

Family fun

It was a perfect place to stay with family! The garden is so nice to relax, bbq and hang with friends and family! The kitchen is stunning and the perfect spot to hang in the mornings with family to eat breakfast, and even dinner if the weather is bad! Close walk to the beach!

Perfection in Belmar!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spot. The house was perfect in every way - from being clean and very well taken care of, to having everything needed in the kitchen, to comfortable beds, to excellent amenities and the fantastic location - this is the best of the best. We even had a welcome basket on the counter for us upon check-in, which was a very generous touch! Communicating with the owners was easy as well. We will definitely rent again - I highly recommend this!!!

Great stay

We had an excellent stay in a lovely house. The proximity to the beach is great. There is some street noise on Friday and Saturday night that you can hear from the front bedroom, but it is not too bad.

Expected Amenities were off the mark

There was no shower soap., one dishwasher pod, minimal detergent and 2 kitchen garbage bags. The backyard was hovering with bees from the overgrown shrub. The property manager’s solving of the bee problem was proving a can of bee spray. Sorry this missed the mark

Belmar 2024

This house is absolutely wonderful. It is practically brand new, at least it feels that way, and they did a really great job. Rooms are spacious and three full baths plus an outdoor shower are major pluses. Plenty of space to lounge, and trust me, we needed it. Our week was almost a complete washout thanks to hurricane Debbie. Without the comforts of this home, we would have been miserable. Check in and communications were great. Watch out for the Belnar cops though. They’ll give you a ticket for just about anything, including beach badges, so those complimentary badges are real handy. Don’t even think about bringing an adult beverages to the beach. All said, it keeps the town safe and pleasant for families.

Excellent Jersey Shore Family Vacation

My brother's family came from Indiana for vacation and it was our first time at The Shore. We enjoyed everything about it. The property was top notch and exactly as pictured. Location was great. Thanks for a great first Jersey Shore experience.

A diamond in the rough

Pros: The best part is the house is walking distance to the beach. We appreciated the bright and modern aesthetic and it feels much larger than it is. The kitchen has everything you need if you do want to cook. Cons: Most of the homes on the street are not well maintained. It can be challenging to park in the driveway when cars are parked on both sides of the street. The smaller the car you have the better.

Perfect stay

My sisters and I had a wonderful experience renting this unit for a week in Belmar. The owner and property manager were both wonderfully. Check in and departure went perfectly. House was pristine and exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place and super close to the beach!

The place was fantastic for our extended family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Super clean, convenient and very close to the beach. The property manager was super helpful and friendly and even left us a pie! Highly recommend!

Amazing house and host!

We could not have had a better time at this house! The house itself is beautiful inside and out and they have everything you could need to cook with, they even left yummy treats when we checked in:) The hot tub and roof deck were such a treat after a day at the beach, so quiet and peaceful. We had one small problem with one of the showers and the owners took care of it right away and it was fixed in no time! We will definitely be back and wish we could give 10star rating, thank you!!!

Great time!

We had a terrific time and the home was spotless and inviting. We especially loved the outdoor space. Our four kids had a blast and there was something for everyone - and at the end of the day, great to relax in the hot tub! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and grilling. All in all, a great week!

Beautiful Rental!

We had a great time! The house was very nice and clean!! Rooftop jacuzzi really added to the fun and relaxation. Nice area, but a bit loud on Fri and Sat nights until around 2am. Enjoyed the beach about 2 blocks away. The backyard bbq area was great for outdoor dinners. The kitchen island was big and nice to gather around. The long driveway is a major plus- fit 3 cars comfortably. The property manager was also very professional and friendly. All around wonderful week!!!

Beautiful and clean!

This house is gorgeous! It was super clean and beautifully decorated. The outdoor grill was brand new and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need, including spices! The hot tub was such a luxury when the nights were chilly-our kids couldn’t get enough! The property manager couldn’t have been sweeter-she even left an apple pie for us at check-in! We were also so thankful to be able to bring our dog, Ned, who thoroughly enjoyed the back patio and the nearby dog-friendly beach! Thanks so much-we will be back! Jess

Excellent location

Immaculate house in a great location. The driveway can fit 3 cars. The owner was very responsive. We had some cold beach days and the hot tub was a welcome feature. My only complaint was that the furniture was too low. My 70 year old aunt only stayed 1 night because there was no comfortable place to sit. I would highly recommend this house to families with children. We had a great time. Thank you for the opportunity to stay there. Daniel V.

Loved our trip

A great property for families. The four bedrooms and three baths accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 children very nicely. And the hot tub is an extra bonus! Kitchen is lovely and very well-equipped. The property manager was very accessible and answered the couple of questions we had. Location is terrific - only a block and a half from the beach, with a Dunkin Donuts and Playa Bowl right on the corner. Ample parking, too.

Amazing.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was immaculate. Two minute walk to the beach. We had no issues during our stay, but our host was very responsive upon arrival and departure. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Forever Memories are made of this...

Our baby Granddaughter's first vacation was in this lovely home & We literally made 'forever memories'! The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, & has every amenity! The large centerpiece kitchen island made every meal feel special! We cooked a fabulous family brunch using the large new stove plus bonus griddle! The 4 bedrooms have large closets with shelves, so you do not have to "live out of suitcases". The bathrooms were immaculate & appointed with adorable sea themed art! And to "top off" Our family vacation, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub on the rooftop deck! With Plenty of parking, easy walk to beach & shops, friendly neighborhood, and beach badges included, we look forward to our next vacation in this lovely home!

Family Vacation 2020

This house was in a wonderful ,easy ,convenient location to the beach and town shops and restaurants . We are a family of five and our kids (20-18-15) were able to have their friends visit comfortably. The house is immaculate and the deck with the hot tub is a very nice addition . We would stay again , we made wonderful memories before the kids go off to school .

As beach lovers we were always drawn to an area where we could ride bikes, walk on a boardwalk and ride the waves. Belmar seemed to have it all. In a short period of time, my friends fell in love with the family atmosphere and decided to purchase homes as well.

It's a great location just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach so spending a few hours or the full day at the beach is hassle free. We've got a long driveway to accommodate our family and friends (enough for 3 cars!)

Renters love relaxing on the roof top deck and enjoying the sea air while soaking in the hot tub. Our favorite time to hang out on the deck is early evening to watch the sun go down. So if relaxation is what you're looking for, you found it here.
