Great Location

The condo was very nice and in a great location. The pool was enjoyable and the beach just steps away. The layout of the condo was also good. Overall our experience was very good.We thought the overall cleanliness of the condo was below average. The floors turned your feet black very quickly and the beds had sand in them before you even laid on them. They provided no supplies other than a couple rolls of toilet paper and 1 dishwasher tab. For the price you pay we thought this part could have been better. A few small adjustments and this could be one of the better condos in Myrtle/North Myrtle.

Loved Our Condo

Our condo was spacious and located in a great location. We had 12 of us ranging for ages in the 60's to a 3 yr old. The convenience of the ocean being a short walk out the back and the love of having the choice of a pool and hot tub for others was a wonderful advantage. The bedrooms and bathrooms were many and made this place comfortable for our large group. We were close to many restaurants and things to do outside the condo but did not have to deal with the overcrowded beach and area of Mrytle Beach by being more North. The communication was beyond expectations as every issue was promptly answered and fixed. The cleanliness was not bad but the floors could definitely use some cleaning and if there had been something to use available, we would have done them ourselves. All of family agrees that we would definitely return to this condo in the future when traveling to North Myrtle Beach.

YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN, BUT EACH NIGHT WE WERE THERE, SOMEONE WAS GETTING INTO THE POOL ANYWHERE FROM 1:00-4:00 MAKING NOISES, IT WAS VERY DISTURBING AND WOKE ME EACH NIGHT. I MADE A SUGGESTION OF PUTTING A CODED LOCK ON THE GATE, BUT THE RENTAL LEAF REP SAID THAT COULDN'T BE DONE DUE TO EMERGENCIES.

Very nice, Good location, Spacious

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It has just the right number of bedrooms to fit all 12 of us. The large Dinh g table was a big selling point and the many choices of seating in the living room. Super large fridge and freezer. A few recommendations - add boxes of tissues in baths and/or bedrooms. Mirrors in bedrooms would be helpful. Chairs on the upstairs balcony would also be nice to have. Just a few suggestions for your future renters. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Amazing

This was by far my favorite stay at north Myrtle. It accommodated our whole group and provided easy access to the beach and the pier. My only suggestion would be the hours of the pool. If no lifeguard why close at 8-10. Other than that can’t wait until our stay here again next year. Already booked it!!!!

We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is unbeatable. From our balcony we could see family members in the pool as well as the beach. The ocean is so close. Our family of 13 fit comfortably. The older guys really enjoyed the pool table. The large dining table and the massive refrigerator was great. Could it have been cleaner,yes, but not enough to interfere with our fun. We will be back!

Golf trip

We were eight retired golfers and the condo was perfect for us. Great that beds were made on arrival and great views of the ocean and pier. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and pool/spa pool were great. Elevator was helpful.Only drawback was there was only one charcoal grill and two picnic tables for the building, but it generally so windy that grilling was difficult anyway. Problem with first floor air conditioning was handled quickly. Overall terrific experience.

Place was nice did not like not being able to open sluding glass doors in bedrooms. Also when you used the oven the fir alarm would go off because it had so much grease in it and it smoked. The dises were not very well stocked. The dishwasher didn't cleaned the dishes so still ended up washing them. Like the size of the rooms and the furniture was comfortable.

Not a good experience

The property hadnt been cleaned. There were roaches found in multiple places. The property manager did send someone promptly to clean but we still found roaches, hair and other things afterwards. The dishes weren't cleaned before our stay and we had to clean them ourselves. The patio doors were very hard to open. There was visible mold located in multiple locations throughout the property like on the air vents. The shower heads had a lot of corrosion on them. The tubs were the same. The shower floors moved very easy and sunk in as you were trying to attempt to take a shower. Especially in the room with the jetted tub. The pool sticks didn't have tips on them and the sides of the pool table playing area had dent or curves in them which together made it not even worth trying to play which was a let down. There was poop residual and other particles left in the toilets when we checked in. I've taken photos of everything stated. We were refunded the cleaning fees but I feel that more should be done as our experience was not a good one staying at this property. It needs to be upgraded and cleaning needs to be confirmed before a new group checks in for there vacation experience.

Family vacation

We had a family group of 15 people ages ranging from 21-88 and had the best time . The condo had plenty of space for all of us . We especially enjoyed the pool table! We will be back!

Needs maintenance attention

None of the pool cues had tips on them. The pool table was a selling point for us and we couldn't even use it. No pantry. Or should I say, a pantry with a lock on it that renters can't use. We bought groceries for ten adults for a week and had no where to go with them. Groceries sitting everywhere. The jets in the hot tub don't work so not much use unless you just like sitting in hot water. There is mold all over the ceiling in the master bath. I'm allergic to mold and that was my bathroom. Caused an allergy flair for me. The location is awesome but it didn't make up for the maintenance issues. I wouldn't stay here again.

Sad due to pool being closed. Unable to open sliding door in upstairs bedroom. Was concerned about air blowing in bedroom room windows downstairs. Made the rooms very cold.The overall lodging was good

Family get-a-way

My husband, my siblings and their spouses rented this condo for two weeks. Wonderful ocean view. Very comfortable for ten people. The rental company was the best we have experienced. Some trouble with the TV’s. Rental company came same day that we called and solved the problem. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Need Better Parking

We loved our time while here. The only problem was the parking. Only 2 space’s allotted on the premises and the other 3 were located in a different vicinity. Trying to find a parking space was frustrating for the other 3 parking spaces bc you were not guaranteed you could even park there and then you’d end up in overflow parking. Would not be able to use this place just due to the parking.
