Please note: Hilton/Embassy pools and Sandy Bottom Waterpark are not accessible to renters. The Sports Health Club is also not available to our guests.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the unit, private balconies, on-site indoor and outdoor pools, paved parking, and public beach access. Access to the indoor pool requires a key from the front desk with a refundable deposit. All amenities are conveniently located within Kingston Plantation s tranquil and scenic grounds.

Other Things to Note
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
