Bach in the City Central Rotorua

Warm, cosy, quiet, private, safe and sunny.
Can sleep up to 5 people comfortably.
Views to to the Government Gardens and Mt. Ngongotaha.
Rotorua is full of attractions to cater to the needs of everyone.
Why not stay in our awesome bach in central Rotorua to access all Rotorua has to offer.
Our Bach in the City is an oldie but a goodie with plenty of room and a spacious balcony for the evening wine or night cap.
Rotorua offers great fishing, swimming, bike tracks, lakes, cafes, pubs, restaurants and walks.

*Please note that cooking facilities are very basic with two hob elements and a bench top mini oven. But on a positive note you are very close to some awesome cafes and restaurants!

**Please note our bach is on the second floor with access via an external stairway. There is no lift access.

Thermal heating included when required.

Rotorua Events:
Kuirau markets every Saturday morning until 12pm
Monthly Sunday lakefront markets
Farmers market every Sunday morning until 12pm
ALL WITHIN 10 MINUTES WALK!

Remember our Rotorua Bach in the City is an oldie but a goodie and if your willing to take care of her nau mai haere mai!
Special conditions:
Smokers allowed outside only.
Small children must be fully supervised as we are on the second floor of an appartment block with a balcony.
Our bach must be left tidy or opt for the cleaning charge of $50.
Bring your own linen, towels, food and toiletries.
NO RAGING PARTIES.

Fantastic Rotorua Stay :)

This apartment was superb! It was great to be so close to town especially on Thursday when we wandered up to the night markets which were amazing but this place is situated in a good location to go in various directions to main attractions like the luge and the night mini golf - both I highly recommend! Sandra was nothing but fantastic to deal with and her instructions, advice and availability should we have needed it were great. I would definitely stay here again :)

Really like this place.

Really like this place. Central, convenient. The room is actually bigger than what it looks like in photos. Well equipped kitchen. The thermal heater is a bonus. Our family loves this place.

We spent two nights at Sandraā€™s apartment in central Rotorua. It is in an amazing central location and was a perfect base from which to explore Rotorua. The apartment really does have a ā€˜bachyā€™ feel. It is clean and tidy - you do need to bring your own linen. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a great place! We loved staying here. Clean, stylish and full of character, this was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal as we had free parking and we were a couple of minutes walk from town. I would strongly recommend this well priced Bach.

The central location of the place right in the middle of Rotorua really enhanced our stay. You could walk to the shops, restaurants, hot pools, government gardens etc. We stayed during Winter time and the place was extremely cosy and comfortable, also quite spacious for a two bedroom place. Very workable for family of four with two children. Would definitely consider staying here again well worth the money.

Great little apartment right in the central city, we'd definitely stay again. Although some of the dƩcor was a bit tired (apparently they are going to do it up soon), it didn't matter as the apartment was light-filled and warm and had fun and bright accessories. :)

My children and myself had a wonderful experience in Rotorua. A big part of our fantastic holiday was the hassle-free accommodation situation we found ourselves by booking into Sandra's lovely flat/bach. Very highly recommended !!

Great location. The unit was lovely, bright and clean and had everything we needed. Our 7 year old loved the bunk bed with the neat steps/drawers.

Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. The location is excellent- great for us as we did Rotorua without a car. 2min walk to the information centre, city shops and bus stops, 1min to government gardens and Tamaki pick up point, 5 min to supermarkets. It might not be 5 star but it's got a character all of its own and is well kitted out for everything you might need. We bumped into Sandra as we arrived and she was lovely.
