Unwind in our warm, cosy apartment featuring a modern retro design, positioned just 50 metres from the iconic Redwoods and world class mountain biking trails. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to our onsite gym at no extra cost and our onsite sauna and cold plunge. You are also just a 5 minute walk from The Good George Pub, Labonne Bakery, Burger Fuel, and a good spread of cafes. Stunning lakes are a short drive away and Rotorua Central is under 5 minutes by car. This thoughtfully designed two bedroom space suits families, couples, mountain bikers, and fitness focused travellers ready to explore New Zealand's geothermal playground.

The space
Two queen sized bedrooms sleep up to four guests comfortably. The living area sofa bed can also be set up on request, and we can arrange a portacot if needed.

The apartment is fully insulated with a heat pump, warm in winter and cool in summer. You will find a modern bathroom, spacious living area, and a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities.

Outside, enjoy your own private courtyard with a BBQ, a dedicated bike wash down zone, covered storage for up to five bikes, and a chain and lock. Returning from a big day on the trails has never been easier.

Guests also have complimentary access to our onsite gym, perfect for a morning workout before hitting the trails or winding down after a big ride. Just let us know when you arrive and we will get you set up.

Guest access
The apartment has its own private entrance, completely separate from the main house. You will have full, exclusive use of the space, with no shared areas with other guests.

Off street parking is available on the property. Your private courtyard, BBQ, bike shed, and bike wash station are all yours to use throughout your stay.

Other things to note
We are passionate about Rotorua and love helping guests get the most out of the area. Anu is a personal trainer specialising in peri and postmenopausal women, so if you are after fitness advice or want to make the most of the onsite gym during your stay, she is happy to help. We also run Pure Sweat Sauna NZ Ltd, so if you would like to experience a traditional sauna session while you are in town, just ask.
