Rose Lodge is a three bedroom home fully furnished with a separate sleep out.
It is fully equipped, comfortable and insulated. A woodburner with firewood provided gives warmth in living areas.The dining room is open plan. All bedrooms have heaters and all beds have electric blankets except the two bunks in the sleepout. In the lounge Digital Sky is available with selected movie and sports channels. The bathroom contains a basin, bath, and a separate walk-in shower. There is ample hot water. The toilet is separate. The laundry contains a tub, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The property has a lovely scenic outlook, it is fully fenced with parking, protected by security lights and there is plenty of on-street parking with room for 3 cars on the property. Free wi-fi is included. Close to the lake and the mountains, wonderful for winter and summer get-aways. Whakapapa is 35mins away, you can view the tops of Ngaruahoe and Tongariro from the house. Taupo is 40mins. Centre of town (cafes, shopping, restaurants, groceries, pool complex, parks) and river is 2-3mins and Tokaanu hot pools within 5min by car.
