As a renter of our immaculately maintained and cared for Mountain View haven, you will be able to purchase a monthly golf transfer (not included in our nightly cost-you would work directly with golf club) which will give you unlimited golf privileges, the use of our beautiful clubhouse, spa, gym, olympic size heated pool, bocce ball, pickleball, tennis courts and the BEST chef in the valley at our newly renovated restaurant and bar!

Our home is perfect for entertaining with spacious rooms, large private backyard with beautiful palm trees, pool and hot tub. Our backyard includes a newly installed 72 inch TV that you can view from anywhere in the spacious backyard. Premium outdoor living with fire table and seating, large patio table for dining with umbrella, 2 chaise lounge chairs, 2 large propane gas heaters, smaller bistro table for morning coffee while enjoying the abundance of butterflies and hummingbirds in your peace and quiet.

In the evening, our brand new gas fireplace will create ease while you are BBQing your favorite meal and entertaining your guests in this glorious outdoor oasis. The evening lights throughout the yard create a spa resort feeling including a gas fire dish that will light up the pool deck while enjoying a nighttime swim or hot tub. Outstanding and newly installed surround system with speakers on our patio, surrounding the pool grounds and throughout this beautifully equipped home will add to this serene ambiance.

Take a stroll in our beautiful new red golf cart throughout the neighborhood or down to the clubhouse to enjoy a cocktail or visit friends. This is true golf course resort living in a unpretentious, friendly neighborhood in La Quinta. At the clubhouse you will find pickleball courts, tennis courts and bocce balls courts/tournaments. You can take a pickleball lesson from our pro or can enjoy the fully equipped gym inside the fitness facility. There is a beautiful outdoor lap pool and fully stocked indoor lockerrooms. You will also be able to set up an individual account to use the clubhouse for food and beverage.

There are 3 bedrooms that are spacious with their own private full baths. The master bedroom includes a temper-pedic king bed and has a large bathroom and walk in marbled shower with spacious walk-in closet. Enjoy a late night movie from the comfort of your bed with our very 65" screen TV. Grab your morning coffee while catching up on your reading at the bistro table off of the master bedrooms with out outdoor private patio.

The second bedroom includes a comfy king bedroom with a flat screen TV and full bath with a large walk-in closet. This room is situated at the back of the house for more quiet and privacy.

The 3rd room has a VERY comfy Queen bed with a twin trundle bed below if needed. It also includes a desk/chair so you can catch up on emails with a dedicated workspace. This room has a flat screen TV where you can access Apple TV. It also includes a full bath and closet.

The beautiful kitchen with bar stools and granite countertops is a part of the open space concept. You can cook and entertain from the comfort of the kitchen while enjoying the large flat screen TV in our living area. High vaulted ceilings with TONS of natural light and beauty surround the living room, dining room and kitchen space. There is a separate bar area to mix cocktails and entertain with appetizers and includes a wet bar and built in wine fridge.

This is our second home and is very special to our family. We are only interested in renting to responsible parties that are respectful of our home, surroundings and neighbors. Since we live here half of the year, we prefer to open our home up to those renters that are looking for a minimum of 30 days, yet we prefer a 60-90 day+ rental. This home is not available for short term stays.

We prefer this to be a non-pet home but if you have a small dog, that is well behaved and not a barker, we may consider with the appropriate pet fee. But you will need to speak directly with us before booking.
