This delightful fun waterfront property has been completely renovated! It has a main house with a queen bed in the master and 2 day beds with trundles. There is a bunkhouse with 2 twin bunk beds and a unique boathouse bedroom on the deck with a queen bed. ( total 12) Right on the water, this property is ideal for families and larger groups. Everything you need is here, a fully equipped kitchen, + a gas grill.. Lots of outdoor seating areas + large screened in porch. 6 kayaks , + bikes Come Enjoy !

Amazing get away!

Iā€™ll start by saying the house is adorable and the outdoor space is amazing!! The bunkhouse was perfect for the teens in out group! The house had everything we needed for our stay and the special touches were much appreciated! We will definitely stay there again!!

Great place, just what we wanted!

House was very well equipped for the weekend and has an absolutely wonderful outdoor space! The boys loved the bunk house and the girls had a great time staying in the living room. The boat house was surprisingly comfortable! Plenty of room for the 10 of us and we had such a great time! We will be coming back again to visit this property for sure.

Fantastic getaway

Nancy was amazing and super helpful! House was perfect! Kids loved the boathouse! We saw manatees every day and we were so close to ā€œice cream boat,ā€ which is one of the kids favorite things!! We will definitely be back next year and have already recommended this place to all of our friends!

Beds GALORE

The Boathouse rental is amazing! If you are looking for fancy, bells, and whistles this is not the place BUT this is the most comfortable, cozy, outdoorsy rental I have ever stayed at. The outside shower at the end of the night hit the spot every time! Plenty of beds for everyone. The location is safe and very close to the main river. Great stay and I will definitely be going back.

What a wonderful property. Everything needed for our stay was there. They are wonderful host that weā€™re immediately texting back when I had crazy questions. Itā€™s located 1 canal over from the main river but PERFECT location not a lot of traffic on the water in front of us and a short paddle to main river. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Just note that the main home has a full bathroom but the 2nd bathroom is OUTSIDE which was great for us the kids loved taking a outdoor shower (itā€™s very private) Highly recommend to stay here!

AMAZING RIVER CANAL HOME

Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return.

Incredible!! Tons of beds and cold AC. Huge comfortable deck and lots of water toys to get out on the river. Very short paddle around the corner to the main river. We especially loved the water mat and swimming right off the dock.Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor shower and boat house were a huge hit. Taking a nice hot shower outside is awesome .We'll be back, thank you!!

10 Women who had a fabulous time!

We loved this place! We loved the large dock and the large porch. We spent all our time outside. We really loved the separate bunkhouse and the separate boathouse for sleeping quarters. Though while there was the outside bathroom, most preferred to use the inside bathroom since there were bugs in the outside one. And using the inside bathroom in the middle of the night was a bit of a bother to those sleeping inside. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and just loved everything else (except the bathroom situation.) We'll be back!

Very fun unique sleeping arrangements

There was a boathouse on deck with a bed in it,super cute. Also a separate bunkhouse with 4 beds,perfect for the kids. Then a master bedroom also living room had 4 more places to sleep. Tons of sleeping arrangements. Large outdoor area with a fire pit. Multiple kayaks for the river. We went for my oldest 18th birthday. Was perfect,

Tiny house, Huge fun!

The property was perfect for our group!! We were greeted with a cute welcome basket!! The house itself is very small, but efficient since most of the time we were outside enjoying the river. The screened in patio are was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. The deck is big and spacious also with plenty of seating and shade!! We took out the kayaks and did some swimming off the dock!!

I have no complaints, except that some of the boards on the deck will need to be replaced soon. They were kinda soft and all of us tripped at least once on them.

GORGEOUS LOCATION

We SOOO enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfectly set up for our large group. Everything was amazing. The location to the springs was spot on. Looking at other properties around I couldn't see us staying anywhere else. Nancy and her hubby were epic hosts. I highly recommend!! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Great Escape

Where do I begin. Pulling up to house you will see there is plenty of parking. Walking into a huge screened in porch area was awesome. Mosquitoes never a problem cause of it. Plenty of seating. Propane grill with extra tank. Nancy made it special with the Welcome board for our family along with a big basket of goodieā€™s inside. A plus was finding 2 fishing poles to use inside laundry room. Great fishing dock out back. Steps on side of dock area made it easy to get in and out of kayakā€™s and canoe. Plenty of life jackets and paddles. Every place to sleep from inside the house to the bunkhouse to the boat all had air conditioning that worked great. Our pleasant surprise was finding the outdoor shower along with toilet room with sink on left side of the house. We all used both more than inside. My only suggestion to make a next stay even better is to stock some more cooking utensilā€™s and bakeware casserole dishes. Besides that it was perfect for our 3 night getaway and we would love to rent again in the future.

A hidden gem

This is such a wonderful little home hidden away on the water. We loved all the outdoor decking and screened in area. So wonderful having all the kayaks right on site. Nancy was so easy to communicate with. We arrived to a wonderful welcome sign and a basket of goodies. Will definitely return.

Everything we had hoped for

The location of this property was perfect! We are a family of 7 so sometimes itā€™s hard for rentals to meet our needs when it comes to sleeping arrangements etc. but this place had more than enough beds, blankets, towels for every one us. Being on the canal so close to the river was awesome, kayaking with the kids was fun and memorable. The owner was super easy to get in contact with if needed and was so nice and accommodating. The deck, screened in area and the outside seating was my favorite. My daughter and husband LOVED the boat bed and hogged it all week. We canā€™t wait to go back hopefully sooner than later!

Beautiful Outdoor Area Near Main Spring

If you are traveling with family / friends, even young children this is a lovely spot with a wonderful enclosed area in the back to play cards, listen to music, cookout on the grill, etc. The kayaks that were available were in great shape and we enjoyed using them to paddle out into the main clear water spring. We enjoyed our stay and the lovely goodie basket that was left. Would definitely stay again!

Expectations not met!

Access to the canals was great, kayaks and fishing loved by everyone. This is not a 3 bedroom house, the one bedroom in the main house has a small closet. The separate bunk room has 2 bunk beds. The boathouse has a mattress that you climb up to. The door didnā€™t close properly and could not be locked. No storage for luggage if you have a large family or multiple families. The lanai leaked and our luggage was soaked. The squirrels helped themselves to the kids snacks through a hole in the porch so they had to be thrown out. It didnā€™t help that it rained every day.

Love this house so much!

This was the perfect place for my small yoga/meditation/paddle retreat. I had been staying at the house on the main river and had already many retreats at that property. It was booked this time so I took a chance on a new spot and there is definitely no going back for me! Loved loved loved this location -- the house is adorable and the attention to detail was so appreciated. The owners are wonderful too. We had an amazing weekend and cannot wait to go back!! Thank you!
