Located just 250 meters from the lake and boat ramp, you`ll have easy access to the waterfront and nearby walking tracks.

As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by stunning lake views from the comfort of your own living room. The home is fully equipped with all the amenities you`ll need, including a modern kitchen with all the essential equipment, modern bathrooms and cozy bedrooms. The house is situated on a single level with easy access to all rooms.

Outside, you`ll find a BBQ and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. If the weather sends you indoors equipped with double glazed windows, gas heating, and a heat pump, this home will keep you warm and comfortable all year round. You`ll have access to two living areas and Wi-Fi.

Linen is included with the cleaning fee.
The home has Four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Size Bed

This is a family home in a quiet residential area with bunk beds, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 6 people.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
