Ideal for families. Traditional Kiwi Bach, comfortable and rustic. Walk over the road and onto the sand dune pathway to the beach.

The Bach is close to a beach boat ramp, public reserve, and 5 min walk to local shops. There is a four-lane concrete boat ramp and jetty at the Purangi estuary end (Eastern) of the beach - launch and retrieve at high to mid tide only.

Good walks to both ends of the beach to the estuary or Purangi river reserve (perfect for kids of all ages)
A boat can be moored out front in the sea to your own anchor and buoy or stored on site.
Plenty of space for cars and boat storage (tents only by negotiation-extra cost negotiated prior to acceptance of booking)

The Bach interior has been described as Retro due to the era it was built and the style of decoration, it is tidy and clean and a relaxing place to unwind and have fun.
Bedrooms set up as follows: upper level - BDRM 1 (1 x double bed, 2 x single bed) Lower level BDRM 2 (Queen Bed), BDRM 3 (1 x double bed) BDRM 4 (Modern bunks - 2 single beds)

The section is fenced (wire square netting) and gated.
Large deck with table, Bench seats and umbrella, BBQ out front to take in the views and relax. Split level with 2 living areas
Bring your own linen and towels.

Special conditions:
Pets - Dogs outside preferably but flexible if dog well managed and not wet, sandy or stinky (keep off furniture), cats ok if house trained.

Water - The main water supply is rainwater, however, there is a bore backup. Please be mindful of water conservation.

Tents/ Caravans - By negotiation only - extra charge applies if agreed.

NOTE: Please leave the house tidy (vacuum the floors) and do the dishes and put them away before you leave. Ideally, leave the house as you find it when you enter.
