Renovated Fall 2020! Sapphire #2301 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom Beachfront condo located on South Padre Island, Tx! Professionally decorated with coastal decor, this beachfront property is the perfect vacation getaway. The condo accommodates up to 8 guests and provides views for miles and miles from the 23rd beachfront balcony.

The living room is nicely furnished and offers plenty of seating for guests to relax. While sitting in the living room, guests can have a view of the ocean while watching tv! The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel appliance. Guests will enjoy preparing meals in this fully stocked kitchen. Unlike a lot of Sapphire units, this condo has a large dining table for guests to sit. The three bedrooms are nicely furnished with brand new beds. The master bedroom features a king size bed and large master bathroom with double sinks. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a walk in tile shower. The second guest room has two Queen size beds and shares a large guest bathroom. The third guest room has a Twin size bunk bed and a Twin single, sleeping 3 guests total.

Because this is a corner unit, the views from the balcony are expansive with the ocean directly in front of you, and additional fantastic aerial beach and ocean views facing north. At Sapphire #2301 guests have a west balcony as well on the bayside, which has an outside electric grill. The bay views from the west balcony are phenomenal!

Amenities and Vacation Essentials Provided

Every stay at Sapphire #2301 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. These small extras will make your stay even more relaxing and worry-free.

Please note that, in addition to rental units, Sapphire is a residential property. Many of the units are occupied by owners that live here full time. Upon booking, you will receive a list of the Sapphire's rules and regulations. Guests are asked to respect and obey the Sapphire's rules so that everyone can enjoy their time at the resort. This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.

We cannot wait to come back.

We loved everything about our stay. This property is exactly as advertised and yet somehow exceeded our expectations. Great place for families of all ages. The access to the beach, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back.

Great condo/ great stay

This appeared to be the premier condo to stay in on the island. I like the location being close to the bridge. The fireworks Thursday night were a nice surprise. The condo was clean and neat. I enjoyed the SOJO kitchen products. We just partnered with them at my company. The only cleaning complaint was the inside of oven door was full of splatters and grease. I am a crazy about that with my cleaners. I hope to make another trip down next year. You should think about a loyalty program.

Handy dining room table is not found in many other Sapphire units. On-site maintenance staff quickly resolved a jammed garbage disposal and helped with a flat tire. Ice maker has not worked for several years. TV has no cable service, only streaming.

Looks can be deceiving

The location and view were beautiful but that's where it stopped. I completed all the forms online and got a confirmation that I was good to go. The agency called me the day of to tell me that a form wasn't completed that needed to be done 48 hours prior to check in. I asked if this changed the reservation, they said no, but I had to go to the office to complete it prior to check in. 5 of the 6 beds felt like the coils were poking through and had huge dips/sagging. We had 3 people staying there for a week. They provided towels that were stained or muddy when unfolded, it was gross. And when I asked for replacements the agency said I had to bring them to their office. When I asked for more soap and shampoo& conditioner they refused so I had to go buy my own. The marble in the shower is broken and sharp. The tub was great but the water was green with a musty odor and wouldn't get hot. I'm extending my stay at the sapphire again but this time with another company and different condo. G

Fun vacay

We rented this place with our two teenage sons, and two of their friends. It was perfect for us. Honestly the only complaint I have is that they could use a decent set of cookware. We like to cook breakfast and we're limited really to just one skillet and it was in bad shape. We will definitely book is condo again. The location is great.

Beautiful views and spacious condo....

This condo is a great space and would be excellent with a few upgrades and improvements. Some of the issues cannot be helped, like the location of Margaritaville rooftop noise and ugliness right below the balcony. BUT, there are still wonderful views and we loved watching the fireworks from our 23rd floor balcony each night. As for check in and check out, the process is super easy and the people at SPI are always in touch and accessible. My issue is that check in time should be earlier than 4 pm and checkout time should be later than 10 am. For what you are paying for this condo, you literally pay for an entire day that you do not have access to the condo. As for the condo's amenities, the kitchen needs some attention with regard to pots and pans and dishes. They are well worn and a bit gross. The coffee maker was a relic. The mattresses are very firm and not super comfortable. But the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious and I love the huge tub in the master. All in all, this is an awesome condo and the Sapphire does not disappoint. The pool is gorgeous and sparkling and I appreciate the Courtesy Patrol staff making sure everyone adheres to the rules so that we all can enjoy the amenities.

Great location!

The Sapphire is always a wonderful place to stay- beautiful view, great pool, and the beach is so convenient. Loved that the property had 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies for great views of the sunrise and the sunset. Had 3 teens and 3 adults and overall we all had a great time. Only issue we had is a lot of construction from the property next door (lots of jackhammering) which made it difficult to relax and the hottub was barely warm.

Not what I was expecting

The property is beautiful but out of our nice view was looking on the top of another hotel and all of the chillers also the windows were going to be cleaned so ropes were the other view in front of the windo. Also we asked for a hour later check out and the said they could not even though it was just the 2 of us in a 3 bedroom condo and 2 rooms were not even used

End of Summer Vacation

What an amazing condo! From the moment we walked in it took our breath away! This condo had everything we needed. We will be back, love this property, well kept! SPI rentals did an awesome job with all communications. Check in and out was so easy!

Excellent vacation stay!

The unit we stayed in was immaculate. The check in and out were easy and quick. The amenities were amazing. The only bad thing about our stay was leaving it behind. We will return!!

Great Stay!

Had a great stay. Beautiful, clean condo with lots of room and amazing views! Had lots of fun in the ocean, kids enjoyed the game and theatre room, and the property had a huge hot tub and beautiful pool. Would love to return to this property.

Great location, beautiful views

We checked in on Saturday at 4 pm. Checked out at 10 am on Tuesday. Wonderful stay overall. Clean and modern condo with beautiful views. My complaints: master bedroom ceiling fan was not working (not a huge deal). Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable - we could feel the springs in the mattress. Same thing with the twin bed situated right next to the window.

Overall nice Will you stay at this location several times with either y’all or directly through the property this time we went to rent the chairs in the cabana as we couldn’t get them because property owners get first choice they never told us to walk next-door to the pearl that we could rent other umbrellas from there I had a find that out myself it been helpful and nice if they were told me that earlier on the morning and said I had to pay a little bit more as a tip to the guys doing the umbrella so they can put more out in front of Other people so we could have beachfront But definitely will stay there again

Lovely Condo

The condo was beautifully appointed. It’s on one of the highest floors so you’ve got a great view out the kitchen window of the whole island. There’s also a balcony on the beach side. Currently at the Sapphire you have to make a reservation to use the hot tub, and owners get first choice, so it’s difficult to get time. The pool is open and absolutely gorgeous! It’s the reason we stay at the Sapphire! The condo had plenty of room. My only critique would be that there needs to be a curtain over the two way mirror. It is a lovely creative solution to bring light into the room though.

Beautiful views! Our family of seven easily fit and the kids loved the bunk room. It would be nice to have some blinds or curtains in the 2nd bedroom as the one way mirror lets in a lot of light.

Your staff was so courteous and helpful. The condo was excellent and the staff at Sapphire Towers were also so friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed that aspect of our visit—the weather not so much! We were disappointed we weren't given a chance to rent this unit again next year as it was already rented while we were still there.

We stay at the Sapphire often and the condo is rooming and sleeps 8 well except the kitchen is a little small in comparison to the overall size of the condo. Dining room was nice for Christmas dinner and family had plenty of room. Only complaint which might not be for your family is both bathrooms are suites to the two rooms. The third bedroom does have a half by across the hall so its fine for kids. Overall another great experience!
