Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. The master bedroom hosts a queen sized bed. The guest bedroom features two full size beds. Two full baths complete the conveniences of this splendid beach front condominium here on South Padre Island.

Every stay at Saida IV #204 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. Great!

Spent a week there with my family and we loved it! Great condo and very well equipped. Had a small issue with the Wi-Fi but the management company was on the spot. Can't wait to come back!

Excellent Service

We have been extremely pleased with the services provided by SPI Rentals! Their office staff has been attentive and polite. We had a few maintenance issues and all were resolved within an hour! Just amazing service! Thank you so much!!

Condo needs to be remodeled. Uncomfortable beds, livingroom furniture. A lot of unnecessary junk in the 2nd bedroom closet, barely enough room to hang clothes. The dresser drawers have an old odor when you open them in both bedrooms. Condo is probably ok for short stay. Would not recommend a winter Texan stay of 30 - 60 days. Good thing: Condo does has a brand new washer and dryer. The Saida grounds and facility is A+

Expected more for the Cost

Unit needs updating bad! No smart tv, outdated furniture & appliances, etc! Had several issues with door code that cost pool/beach time waiting on help, not happy! Positives are; second floor location good because could us the stairs & not wait on elevator!

Nice and spacious room. Nice furniture.

The room was very nice and spacious. It was well maintained. I would have given a 5, but there was a dirty shirt found between the bed and the footboard. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Also one toilet kept running. Our cable tv was out for a day and a half, but that was not the owners fault. It was a Spectrum issue. Other than these minor issues, we really enjoyed our stay. The room had really nice furniture, not normal beach furniture. We were pleased with the décor. We could not get the tv in master bedroom to work.

Overall, Very Nice

Overall, this condo was very nice, but has a few problems. In the master bath, the towel bar kept falling out of its brackets and when we first arrived, the shower door was not properly on its rollers. After I got the shower door unstuck and up in its rollers, there was a gap between the door and its frame. The pillows in the master bedroom were lumpy as though they had been sent through a dryer several times. And our guests in the second bedroom complained that their mattresses were uncomfortable. Very embarrassing for us.

Great condo!

Good location on SPI, secured parking, easy beach access & tennis courts. Condo was clean, good supplies, and super cool Asian decor & furniture. LOVED having new washer and dryer in the room!

AWESOME!

Have always made South Padre my go to place every summer. Saida Towers is in my opinion, the Best Stay on the Island. The Condo (IV #204) we stayed in this past week was one of the Best ones I've ever rented By Far. Very clean, nicely decorated and affortable! Thanks SPI Rentals:)

Wonderful Property

Really loved that the balcony is shaded most of the day. Getting to the beach is easy and the beach is wonderful. Property has three different swimming pools and was very clean and not crowded. The room itself was very clean and well maintained with plenty of space for everyone. AC was very cold and there is a dehumidifier in the living room as well. I would definitely stay here again.

excellent everything

For peop´le coming up from Onterrey Mexico or for ]Texans or for northerners, a few days at South Padre is always the best way to unwind. Beautiful weather, and a bueatiful apartment that has a great ocean view and is practically in line with the excellent tennis courts at Saida Towers, made our stay unforgettably relaxing and refreshing.

Excellent Location and Furnishings

Our visit was most enjoyable. The unit was well equipped with comfortable beds and a fully supplied kitchen. The patio was equipped with a grill that we used to cook some excellent red snapper purchased from a fish market in Port Isabel. Easy entry and easy checkout. Our visit covered 6 very comfortable days. Would definitely chose this location again. Be sure to bring your favorite spices if you plan to cook in the unit.

We loved the location. Our only complaint is the beds are technically for 2 people each. 6 total. But they're full size and not comfortable at all for two people. The pictures seemed bigger. But other than that we loved it.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great experience with this condo. It was very convenient to shops and restaurants. So close we walked to them several times. The access to the beach and pool areas was a short walk. We were also able to get in the condo earlier than 4pm which was wonderful. And the staff at this location is very kind and professional.

Exactly what we wanted

We loved that it was just a short walk from the strip and how close it was to the beach. There was so much to do that we never got bored. We will definitely come back again.

South Padre was awesome , Thie pictures of condo was decieving

First off we get to the SPI office for check in today at 4 P.M. only to find out our condo is not ready. My Wife, 4 children and I, hot, tired, been on the road for many hours. Finally get the key and arrive after 5 P.M. only to discover that the condo that we thought we booked was not this condo, meaning the pics that we seen while booking was not of this. This condo is disgusting! We feel totally decieved. It appears as if it has not been updated since the construction of this whole entire building, or even a fresh coat of paint. Not to mention the smell. The toliet handles look like and function like they could break at any moment. The BBQ grill on the balcony, well I wish that I could post a pic of it. It is so very Rusty, you would need to get a tetanus shot if used. So much for grilling on vacay, right!!! As well as we had to even purchase this evening flat pans. As well as, towels and wash cloths because there was a very limited amount. I am sorry but I as a mother and on vacation I don't want to have to worry about washing towels and wash cloths for my family everyday. We ended up buying Clorox wipes and Lysol as well. For the money we paid for 6 nights 7 days for this disgusting, nasty place and here we are... My children are asking me, could we get bed bugs... I do Not recommend this property nor do I recommend renting from the SPI rentals, which we booked this horrible condo from. My thoughts... You go on a Vacay, you expect it to be nicer than your own home. Never again!
