Welcome to 8907 Champions Gate! This newly listed villa has JUST what you need for a trip with your large family or friends! It's 9 Bedrooms house 11 beds and a crib, sleeping 20! This home leaves nothing to be desired; themed rooms, a game room in the garage with Arcade games, ping pong, air hockey, and more. The rear of the home offers an expansive covered lanai with lounge seating, dining seating a crystal clear pool and spa, and no rear neighbors!




Nestled inside the 24-hour manned security gates of Champions Gate, this community is highly regarded for its amenities and offerings. All guests have free access to the Oasis Club with its restaurant, bar, multiple pools, lazy river, splash area, playgrounds, cabanas, and more.

The company who rents the property was excellent in communications. Upon arriving there was a smell of marijuana in the house, but more noticable in the game room. We notified the rental company and they offered to come and clean it but we decided to take care of it ourselves. Two days later we found a smoked joint on the floor in the rug of the living room. The rugs need to be thrown out. A few of the mattresses were worn down. I slept on a large dip in one of the master bedrooms. Many things were broken and need repair, and the owners should invest in replacing worn down or broken items.My advice is to find a different rental place until this rental gets updated. There are many other places you can rent.I would consider though a house that is managed by the same company. They were quick to respond and offer solutions.

Unfortunately, the guests immediately prior to your stay did not care for the home as we expect and caused damage that required additional attention before your arrival. Our team completed a deep clean, including professional carpet cleaning, in an effort to remove the odor and return the property to a clean, rental-ready condition. It is disappointing that, despite those efforts, some evidence of the prior guests’ treatment of the home remained and affected your experience. As soon as you notified us about the remaining odor, our team offered to return and address it, though you chose to take care of it yourselves. We were also disappointed to learn about the item later found in the living room. This is a non-smoking property, and we agree that another guest’s disregard for the home should not negatively affect the experience of those who follow. We appreciate your additional comments regarding the rugs, mattresses, and items needing repair or replacement. Those concerns are being reviewed so we can determine what maintenance or replacement is appropriate.

The host was great very responsive. The stay was great and the house is as is in the pictures. We had 19 people and you couldn’t tell there were that many people space for everyone. The only thing is the pans and little things were there but not a lot for having a house that has 20 people. Like dishes and pans, you were doing a lot of dishes or buying plastics and paper goods which is what we did. The resort was great too. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the hosts were amazing and very responsive. Overall great house and great hosts!

Great home

Our stay was great, The house was very spacious and clean. My only complaint is games in the game room did not work. Also the outlets in 2 bathrooms upstairs were not working. Overall I would give an 9 out 10. Very easy check in. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful home to stay with the family

Our family really enjoyed our time here and we felt that the house was very well cleaned. The community is a bit tight but it is very secure and well kept, the trash was picked up from the house every morning which was very nice. We did notice a few things that weren't completely functional such as the drying machine, some arcade games, a few other things. However, the minor things did not majorly inconvenience us and we really appreciated how nicely cleaned and arranged the home and pool area was. Overall our family loved the home and felt very satisfied with our stay here.

The place was certainly not thoroughly checked or cleaned as 2 marijuana vape pens were found by minors. The key pad checking in wasn’t working and delayed up 40 min to get in. A sink was broken and not fixed and kept water. Neighbors smoked and we were told no smoking would have been allowed. Garbage service in the welcome letter was not accurate. Then there is the rental of the grill of 20/day that is not stated in the welcome letter. We asked for a grill and it was not available for us to use when we got there and then said it was 20/day when initially was told 50 for the time there. Space was very good for our group- great space for a big family- just didn’t like iTrip for their customer service. Reminder when renting this place you only get 1 of everything so you must buy toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, and most importantly- Trash Bags!! I don’t understand how they think 1 extra bag for a house that fits 20 people works! Game room was fun- however the arcade game didn’t work, ping pong table was broken, basketballs were all flat. Don’t go in expecting anything and it will be fine. Pool is nice- One of the lawn chairs was broken.

We would also like to clarify a few points for future guests, as several details in this review do not match our records of the stay. The keypad issue at arrival was caused by a lock synchronization problem and was resolved within minutes of being reported to our team. During the reservation, concerns that were brought to us were addressed as they were received. Issues first mentioned after departure do not give our team the same opportunity to inspect or correct them while the guest is still in the home. Regarding neighboring activity, this property is part of a residential community. We do not manage the surrounding homes or the guests staying in them, so we cannot control or be held responsible for activity taking place at neighboring properties. The trash information provided in the welcome materials is accurate. We also provide a full list of optional amenities, including grill rentals, in multiple pre-arrival communications so guests have the information needed to plan for their stay. As noted in the listing, the home is stocked with starter quantities of household supplies rather than enough consumables for the full stay of a large group. This helps set clear expectations in advance, especially for larger parties. We appreciate the feedback regarding the sink, game room equipment, outdoor furniture, and other items mentioned. Our team is always available to help during a stay, and we encourage guests to report concerns as they arise so we have the opportunity to address them promptly. We’re pleased the home itself worked well for your family and provided the space you needed. Our goal is to communicate clearly, respond quickly, and make the stay as comfortable as possible when concerns are brought to our attention.

The host was great. The issue I have is with the management company. We had to pay 280 to get the pool and spa heated. It was supposed to be heated to 85 degrees. There was no way the pool ever got to that temperature. I contacted them but no one ever got back to me. I would avoid using iTrip. There are better management companies that I have used before in Champions Gates

For clarity, the Terms & Conditions agreed to at booking outline the nightly pool heat charge of $40 a night and note that the system is set to maintain approximately 85–86 degrees, with actual temperatures affected by weather and outdoor conditions. We did review the heating settings during your stay and confirmed they were operating correctly, but we apologize if you felt communication fell short — that’s never our intention, and we will use your comments to improve response times. The house was a great place for our family of 11 to stay. House was comfortable. Pool was amazing but definately needed to add on the heat for the pool. We called and added that feature for a 3 day minimum. we only received 1 day of the heated pool because after it was turned on it wasn't working correctly so the maintenance lady fixed it. We had one problem with one of the upstairs bathroom shower. When we turned on the water the knob broke and we couldn't shut off the water. The maintenance lady fixed that as well the same day as the pool. One last thing is some of the electrical outlets didn't work upstairs in several of the bedrooms. We called and the maintenance lady came right out to fix it. The response time for these fixes was very quick & accommodating. One other thing that bothered us a bit, as we rent other houses in the area, we had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms & no extra rolls to fill. we also had a very small amount of soap & dishwasing liquid. We were left with one dishwasher pod. I know these things are costly but these things should be supplied at first with a suitable amount to get you started. This is our experiences from other rentals. Game room needs some repair. Air hockey was lopsided, the arcade machine was not working & the basketball hoops game was all apart w/ deflated balls. Overall we enjoyed our stay
