Palm Tree House is a lovely top apartment set in its own sub tropical bush,complete with sea views looking out to the Noisy Islands and great valley views.There is also a shop,takeaways,and bus stop at Palm Beach.
The Waiheke Island Resort is a 10 min walk down the road in the other direction.
All a 10 min drive from the ferry.

This apartment consists of 3 bedrms,1 bathrms ,lounge and kitchen upstairs.
1 bdrm(king bed) 2nd small; with double bed
.Modern sleep out with single bed.
BBQ s and outdoor furniture.
It sleeps4-5 people comfortably.
There is off street parking-,with a longish path up to the property,(though it is well lit at night).
Access may be difficult for the elderly or less abled.

Smoking allowed outside only.
