The two queen bedrooms both lead too small super functional bunk room, designed for children.
The tiled bathroom has been newly installed featuring large shower, vanity and toilet. There is a separate toilet off the laundry, not placing too much pressure on facilities. The outdoor shower is fantastic after a day on the beach to rinse the sand off.
The kitchen is well appointed with all modern features, including dishwasher and ice maker fridge freezer.
Outdoor furniture include table, umbrella, and seating 6. Extra seating at side of house, along with weber BBQ. 2 x Sun loungers also on deck.
The rear of the section houses a separate room with king bed, and fold out stretcher. An outdoor plug, and rear light making pitching a small tent on the lawn a possibility. A negotiated tarrif is avalable for extended maximum people if the tenting options is required for that extra family.
Wifi included. Off street parking.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected leave the house as you found it. ie clean any mess made, do dishes, vacume etc. please bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels etc. (duvet covers provided)
