Pet friendly and right across the road from Tata Beach - the most desirable beach in Golden Bay. The house is elevated for views across the bay so you can see when conditions are right to pull out the complimentary sea kayaks and take them across the road to the beach. Having the House close enough to whip back to get a beer out of the fridge makes it an ideal location to have a real beach holiday. Tata with its golden sands is fabulous for swimming at high or low tide and the boat ramp is very near.
A great base to explore Golden Bay and the Abel Tasman National Park which begins only one bay away and located ten minutes drive to shop and restaurants. There is a fully fenced, private and sheltered bush clad back yard with swings suitable for small children or outside pets. There is secure off street parking. Double sea touring kayak, single sit on kayak, two single sit in sea kayaks and mountain bikes available for your use at no cost.

The house is jam packed with everything that you would need for a beach holiday such as boogie boards, skim board including plenty of rainy day games etc.
PLEASE NOTE that there are steep internal stairs that may be a challenge to a person with limited mobility or not as safe as traditional stairs. There are alternative exterior stairs that can be used as an alternative.
