The Space:

Surrounded by trees and coastal charm, Surfers Paradise is a modern beach house with a classic Aussie twist. Enter through a private garden gate into a light-filled home with breezy interiors and an open, intuitive layout designed for comfort and relaxation.



The main living space is on the top floor, open and airy with large windows framing ocean views and glass doors leading directly onto a spacious, furnished balcony. Sink into plush lounges and enjoy the reverse-cycle air conditioning, whether you're watching a film or simply unwinding to the sound of the surf. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances, sleek cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals. It opens seamlessly into the dining area, which comfortably seats six and is ideal for shared dinners or morning coffee with dappled light from the trees outside.



Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled and equipped with fans and oil heaters. Two generous king bedrooms each include a private ensuite bathroom, large windows, and a sense of peaceful seclusion—perfect for couples or guests wanting extra privacy. The third bedroom offers a cosy queen bed with soft blue accents and leafy garden views. The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, featuring spacious showers, contemporary fixtures, and natural light throughout. An additional outdoor shower is ideal after beach days while a third toilet in the laundry room adds to your daily convenience.



Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden for the kids or dog to play, a fire pit only available in the winter, and a peaceful, shaded setting with BBQ that enhances the home’s tranquil, coastal feel. Fast Wi-Fi and on-site parking round out this well-appointed beachside retreat.



Guest Access:
