Serenity at Eagle Bay

Serenity is located in a truly magical location. Set high on the hill overlooking the stunning Eagle Bay. There are amazing views of the beach and across the ocean to Bunbury from both top and bottom storeys; imagine waking up, opening your curtains and being greeted with a magnificent view over Eagle Bay.

Serenity offers quality accommodation for up to 8 people with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate living areas. The house was fully renovated in 2021 with new oak flooring and quality furnishings, with a relaxed tasteful coastal feel.

The house is only a short walk down the hill to the main Eagle Bay beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in the south west, pristine blue waters protected from the westerly winds for swimming in summer and walking and fishing all year around.

Otherwise relax on the large deck which has an outdoor table with 8 chairs and also a hammock. It is a beautiful spot to enjoy your holiday, have a barbeque, look out at the view and enjoy the peaceful coastal bush setting which gave Serenity its name.

For the winter months, the house has a cosy wood burning pot belly fire, and plenty of games, books and DVD's to enjoy as you watch the ever changing ocean.

The house also has a small garage which has been set up for older children and teenagers, with a table tennis table, dart board and couches, as well as a canoe and body boards if they wish to head to the beach.

Eagle Bay is a fantastic central location situated a short 10 minute drive from Dunsborough (for supermarket and other shopping convenience), surrounded by beautiful beaches and national parks and in close proximity to award winning wineries and restaurants in the heart of this popular Margaret River region, including Wise Winery and Eagle Bay Brewery both only minutes away.

Eagle Bay is one of the most spectacular calm water bays in the South West with a boat ramp and there is even a sunken ship in the bay for SCUBA enthusiasts.

Serenity Inside
Upstairs
The upstairs, air-conditioned, living area is the perfect adults' retreat, comfortably furnished and affording magnificent views of Eagle Bay, it opens out onto a balcony area with a table and chairs.

This upper level also hosts the master bedroom, ensuite and a single room - both bedrooms share the same wonderful view as the lounge.

Downstairs
Downstairs, a modern, well equipped kitchen leads into a comfortable dining area.

The downstairs living room is equipped with the pot belly fire , large flatscreen LCD TV, DVD and stereo.

Leading off from the hallway is the second double room, bunk room and single bedroom opposite a second bathroom, toilet and the laundry area.

Outside
A large paved area equipped with BBQ, table and chairs provides a spacious area for outdoor dining. Decking extends around the front of the house with a table and seating for 8 people together with a hammock.
