The Beach Hut is a modern, fully equipped holiday home in the heart of paradise. It is the traditional kiwi bach with a touch of luxury. The kitchen, dining and living area is fully open plan and all open out onto a large sun drenched deck, perfect for entertaining with family and friends on long summer evenings.
The home is equipped with FIBRE UNLIMITED INTERNET and a DVD player. Want more human interaction, then we have a growing number of board games and cards.
The designer kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining and has all the modern appliances that you need. We have a modern XL Webber Q gas BBQ. Nespresso machine(BYO capsules). There are two master bedrooms, one with double bi-folds which opens out onto the same deck that the kitchen and living areas open onto. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids. Bathroom has bath and shower. Toilet separate.

There is plenty of grassed area around the front of house for children to play, where the parents can supervise while relaxing on the deck or inside.The home is situated in a established sub division with a private roads, pathways and tropical gardens. Off street parking. There is a new private tennis court purely for use of the subdivision residents and there is also a private pathway leading over to the beautifully tranquil Whale Bay. 2 new kayaks with life jackets. A bit further afield there is Wooley’s Bay and Sandy Bay and Offshore lies the Poor Knights Islands Marine reserve. The Matapouri store is only a short walk around the corner or there is a mountain bike provided if you’re in a hurry to get the morning paper.
Dining out is easy. From pizza and cafes to fine dining, Tutukaka offers something for all tastes, from the boutique styled restaurants to the South Pacific feel of Schnappa Rock Cafe.
Special conditions:
Three nights minimum stay. Smoking allowed outside only. 100% no animals.

No cleaning fee charged based on property being left clean and tidy and trash removed by guest.

Guests are welcome to bring their own linen or choose our optional linen (pillow slips, sheets, duvet covers, bath towels, hand towels, bath mat and tea towels)
